I received this product Sept 22, 2024. So far, I do not see any noticeable difference to my skin. It feels good when I use it, vibration and warmth on my face, but right now that's about all. Will continue to use it and will provide an update.

Order product on the 3rd August. Received on the 16th August. The product won't charge or turn on 29th September. Contacted Luminesce support. I was told it was outside of the 30-day period; therefore, there was nothing they could do. How a company can sell a device that breaks within such a short time period and not be willing to replace is beyond me. Do not purchase. There are so many in the market at the moment I'm sure another company can provide a better product and service.

If I could give negative stars I would. This product feels cheaply made and customer service does not respond. I have been emailing since September 14th about a refund, they responded on September 16th saying they needed pictures of the product with proof of purchase. I responded within minutes on September 16th and have emailed every other day since with no reply. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee but they guarantee NOT to accept your return because they don’t respond. What a joke!

Unsafe product and negligent customer service. This product gave me an electric shock whilst using it, and when I emailed customer service to notify them that the item was faulty and request a refund they just asked what setting it was on when it shocked me, as if it would be acceptable for it to cause an electric shock under any circumstances. I reiterated that the item was not safe to use and asked for a refund, but they have failed to respond to 4 emails since 28 August. Not refunding a faulty item is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and seeing as the product is unsafe I will be reporting Luminesce to Trading Standards.

I have been using the device twice a day for the past 2 weeks. So far, I am not seeing any results. There were very little instructions included in the box. I will continue using it and hope for best. From all the reviews online, I was expecting more.

I love that its a product that says what its going to do! not overley priced! So many gadgets out there that claim to help with your skin but don't. Its travel friendly, the charge last long, different lights to choose from for diffirent skin types. My only recommendation dont be shy with the serum or an oil to help with a smoother application and turn device on a few minutes before use makes a huge diffirence. Highly recommended!
