Dangerous product, shocked my skin! Do not buy, it's a scam! Company refused to provide a refund despite multiple attempts to contact them.

This product is a game changer! I used to spend a fortune at the MedSpa for acne treatments, but now I can tackle it all from home! So glad I found this amazing little device!

Terrible scam... I ordered the device a while ago and everything was fine until one day it just broke. I didn't use it in an aggressive manner or anything, it just stopped working. When I tried to contact customer service, they didn't reply for a long time. When they did reply, they simply just replied that the 30-day money back guarantee had expired. I realised that, however I was looking for assistance with the device that just broke after using it for a couple of weeks. There was NO ANSWER, nothing. Not even a solution to help with the problem. I was actually quite happy with the device until their service just ruined the whole experience. I would NOT recommend! Don't buy anything from them if you actually want good quality and good service. It is a scam!!

Amazing, I didn’t expect much, in fact did think it would be a waste of money but for me at least, the lines on forehead noticeably less pronounced even 24+ hrs later. My skin and jaw also subtly different and this is after one use. So early days but very happy so far.

I contacted the company because my skin was getting irritated from using the machine. I was using an oil to make sure there's a good glide but felt like my skin was getting pinched between the light and the rest of the machine when it vibrates. I contacted the company more than once within 30 days and no follow up. I contacted on Facebook and even left a review on their Facebook with hope to get a follow up and they blocked me. I have a machine I can't use and have gotten no follow up even though they guarantee their machines within 30 days of purchase. Totally unprofessional. Do not waste your money

I have had the hand held face sculptor for about two weeks. Since a few days of using it I have had many people comment on my slim face. I’m surprised people noticed. As of week two I think the skin is showing a smoother look. I’ll keep using it to see what transpires.

The product arrived within a decent time. I used it once for ten minutes, two minutes each setting. Then it died. Never worked again. I emailed company. At first, they asked me for videos, etc??? Finally they said it was defective. They are sending me a new one. I will update.

I’ve had the product for a few weeks now and the result is incredible! I look 15 years younger my skin is glowing and plump o couldn’t be happier! Getting one for my daughter to help with her acne I’ll post results!
