I don’t have the time to hit the gym anymore and now that I am 50 I gained 45 pounds so I thought iʼd try something new. Seeing so many adverts gor glp medication had me nervous on pricing and effectiveness. However after reading reviews on social media I decided to give Lumi a try and I am SO glad I did. The process was simple, just answer a few health questions and wait to see if you qualify-youʼll know within minutes. The care experts give you step by step indtructions by text or e-mail. I got my medication in less than 2 weeks from start to finish ( I got the 6 month supply). Jay was there to answer any questions I had, speedy quick. Very happy with the process, the price and the customer support.

Not real impressed with the refill process, I called over a week ago to renew before leaving on a 50 day trip, Wednesday I was told it was shipped and says it won't be here until Monday, not sure why especially when its refrigerated, keep messaging and calling and all I get is we're working for FedEx to get it earlier to you, that was yesterday, now it shows it's gone from Houston to Memphis, other direction from Arizona and today is my shot day, guess it won't be here to Monday and I pray it's still cold or I'll be going thru this again and cutting it close to when I'm suppose to leave, not sure if I'll stay with them or not but I told 4 people looking to sign up to wait and see what happens, they may want to go elsewhere.

She was clear with why she had called and was easy to speak with and assured me everything would here on time

The company is well prepared for taking orders. I was especially happy that it is there when I text them I promptly get an answer.

If there were 6 stars available Cara would receive them. I was traveling out of the country on fairly short notice and needed a refill in record time. Cara stepped in and took on the task of following up with providers, prioritizing with the pharmacy and coordinating the expedited shipping to make certain I had that medication in my hands days before I was even leaving. I cannot say enough about this level of professionalism and feeling completely taken care of! Navigating this weight loss experience has not been easy but Lumimeds has made me feel heard and supported every step of the way! Thank you Cara and the LumiMed staff-
