I have been purchasing my Tirzepatide for at least 9 months from Lumimeds. Prior to this I had been with two other companies. I have found Lumimeds and Cara to be very responsive. I have lost weight and have not experienced adverse side effects. They have always answered my questions and continue to give me the B12 additive I request. The vials come packed nicely and the quality of the syringes from the recent pharmacy are much better than their previous pharmacy. The price has come down, but still not as low as others advertise. It is my hope Lumimeds will be competitive in price and continue to reduce the price as other alternatives become available. There are many companies to choose from. I have found Lumimeds to be a trustworthy company. Lumimeds, please make this drug more affordable. Thank you Cara.

I have been with Lumi meds for almost a year. My experience has been over the top excellent! I was chatting with Arnold this afternoon I had some questions about my next order and he was very helpful! I have never felt safer and confident with a company. In fact, all employees of lumi meds are excellent I feel like I'm talking to family when talking to them they are so caring and helpful I would not go to any other company and I have referred Lumi meds to all my friends and family.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I was initially happy with Lumimeds because the treatment worked well for me successfully. Unfortunately, my experience changed dramatically when i decided to request a refill to continue my treatment. During that period, my medication was being supplied through a different compounding pharmacy than the one associated with my earlier successful treatment. At the same time, my progress completely stopped for three consecutive months — despite my dosage being increased and despite maintaining the same lifestyle habits that had previously worked for me. I contacted Lumimeds because I believed this deserved to be taken seriously. I initially asked for a complimentary dose adjustment rather than immediately demanding my money back. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, I received responses explaining that weight-loss plateaus can happen and was repeatedly offered a provider review. When I raised my concern about the change in compounding pharmacy and ultimately requested a refund for the three months in dispute, Lumimeds refused, citing its policy that medication already dispensed, delivered, and used cannot be refunded. What disappointed me most was the customer service. I had been a satisfied customer and was willing to continue treatment with them. Instead of trying to preserve that relationship or find some reasonable compromise, they maintained an inflexible position until I canceled my subscription. They later told me that medication from their partner compounding pharmacies undergoes third-party analytical testing for purity, potency, and sterility. However, that statement did not resolve my complaint about my actual experience or my request for a refund. I can only review a company based on how it treated me when something went wrong. In my experience, Lumimeds was responsive while explaining why they would not help, but unwilling to provide the resolution I was requesting. I was once a satisfied customer. After the way this complaint was handled, I will not use Lumimeds again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

They've been very responsive to any concerns I have, offer the best prices I can find, ship their prodict out quickly. I never have to wait more than a week to get my meds.
