He was great!
He was great. I placed the order with him what she took but then I had to go on and login and do all this crap again I got to the photo I was trying to upload, and then it took out everything that I had already done I had to answer all the questions. I answered the first time around and it just seemed ridiculous.

Andy was exceptional in handling the…
Andy was exceptional in handling the error that was made by the care team. He communicated with me throughout the day to insure the problem would be fixed. He even took the time to call me at the end of the day to ensure I saw my medication was approved and sent to the pharmacy.

I use the online portal and find it easy to navigate. My questions are answered with in a 24 hr timeframe. I had a question about switching medications and had an informative response. When I placed my order, Cara reached out to confirm what product is wished to proceed with. I was also notified when my prescription was sent and given a time line on when I will receive it.

I absolutely love Lumi meds
I absolutely love Lumi meds. I just finished my first three months and I’ve already lost 20 pounds. I placed my order for the next three months and had some issues with my doctor appointment. I was worried because I wasn’t gonna get my medicine on time but Cara from Lumi meds helped me out and got it expedited! Totally recommend.
