Tim was very helpful and patient with requests and the ability for me to find them quickly. If it wasn’t for Tim, I don’t think I would have known more about what I purchased and what I meant to purchase Tim took care of it right away.

They are here to trap you into hidden payments and renewals without notice! Beware! They will charge you without notice and they’re not ashamed to do so. Their customer service is clearly trained to say it’s not their problem, you should’ve read the fine print. Stay away.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the renewal billing, and we take this concern seriously. Transparency matters deeply to us. We've requested some additional information from you so we can properly review your case and work toward a resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
