Quick responses and easy access. Well run systems. Slow movement between pharmacy and orders, 5 days from prescription to fulfillment means more foresight needed for refill periods

Smooth Operation
Very, smooth and easy experience. I don’t love that they keep overpayment as store credit. I guess it comes with the territory. Cara was efficient and pleasant. Thank you.

My experience with LumiMeds
On June 14, 2026 I signed up with Lumi-Meds for weight loss. I had an excellent experience with Charlene and Cara. They also helped me with finalizing my registration today. I really needed the help signing up, and both ladies helped me immensely. They answered all of my questions and helped me with registering. So far I am very pleased with LumiMeds. I think if anyone signs up with LumiMeds, they will have a pleasurable experience. I even got an excellent rate!

Excellent experience !
Great communication! Easy company to do business with! Cost of product very low and very effective! I lost 50 pounds on the GLP2 injections. My appetite has been reduced significantly and that was what I needed to be successful! I like this company! Excellent experience!
