Great Customer Service
What an easy process of getting my prescription refilled and updated. Cara was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Her professionalism and customer service is top-notch. I've had a great experience with Lumimeds, and appreciate the easy and swift process.

I am not very tech savvy and therefore…
I am not very tech savvy and therefore I had to call customer service and luckily Tim took my call. He made the sign up procedure smooth as glass and even went above and beyond helping me fill out forms that were needed to be evaluated by the doctor so I could get the script for the medication. Great Cusomer Service.

Kara was really nice and got my rx…
Kara was really nice and got my rx switched to b12 instead glycine with no issues. She was friendly and took care of me quickly.
