Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

I purchased a tote which has a band that fits over the handle of my rolling luggage. It is great, easy to manage and best part does not fall off the rolling luggage. I have looked for this type for a long time now I am pleased to recommend it to others.

They sent me a code to receive a 10% discount on my first order, which did not work. Pathetic.

My experience purchasing a Travelpro crew11 rolling luggage through Luggage Pros web site was quick and easy and I selected standard shipping and the item arrived in two working days. I must be close to the distribution center. I was pleased with their service.

Ordered this item on Thursday morning, paid for expedited shipping, no notification as of Sunday, customer service was rude and wanted to talk over me. Ordered a piece of luggage from Costco, same day, non-expedited shipping. It will beat the piece I ordered from this company by at least two days. I don’t like paying for a service and then not getting it. If the luggage is not here by Friday, I will return it. Don’t use this company if you’re in a hurry.

Spent $80, paid for shipping since under $100 or something, then they added on a $9.95 “oversized handling” fee. Really Luggage Pros? Unfair and never saw when ordering, only at last page of check out. Buyer beware.

Price was better than any other website I had visited and delivery was quick. Very happy with my purchase.

Exactly what I wanted. Product arrived on time and was as advertised. Plus it was less expensive than I was able to find any place else.

I could not believe when I saw my order in front of my door less than 24h before I clicked to buy!
