LudovicReviews of ludovic.shop

I have ordered rings (both silver and gold) and a bracelet from Ludovic, and they never disappoint. On two items, I requested some changes, and they were so nice and prompt in responding and accommodating. Now, for the individualized items, they took a little longer, but that's understandable, and I absolutely love my pieces! I recommended my son use them for his engagement ring purchase, and he was thrilled with the ring. I will continue to order from them.

I ordered a 5 carat ring in platinum. The quality is great. I also added to bands to go with it and had them put together by my jeweler. He said they were of great quality. I will be purchasing more.

The jewelry is gorgeous. Waiting for my gold one. I’m sure it’s stunning. Looks totally real!!!

Customer service was very thorough

The company honored its return policy.

I ordered a simple eternity band. Upon receipt, the care of packaging and the presentation were impressive. While not a big band, the band's stones are precisely set. The crafting of the ring is just beautiful. Despite the narrow band (which I wanted), the stones glimmer and sparkle plenty enough to gather attention and compliments. Well done, Ludovic.

Easy to order what I wanted. Quality of my ring amazing. Have just ordered some studs. Presentation very professional.
