What I can see this company is a scam, I placed an order that on the website have the information they have in stock and after I confirmed my purchase I received an email saying that they cannot delivery and they doesn't know when it will be delivered, First I spoke with John Paul who hates his job and doesn't want to help and make it clear that they don't care.... after I received another email from Rahma Akmad who says he's a supervisor saying the same thing that they cannot delivery and neither cancell/ refund. Don't buy otherwise you'll loose your money.

Un desastre!! No compréis ahí!! Es una estafa!! Hice un pedido (LV19125782) y después de pagarlo (88€) cuando me llega a través de correos me dicen q para recogerlo tengo q pagar 17€ de Iva!! Y ahora no me dejan devolverlo, xq para ello debo pagar ese importe y procesar la devolución (y además pagar portes!!!). Ni se os ocurra comprar. No es barato xq al final sale más caro. Yo nunca más volveré a comprar aquí.

Skojare. Uppger telefonnummer på sin hemsida som ej existerar. Går ej att avprenumerera från deras mejl som de skickar varje dag och jag har aldrig prenumererat på dem i första hand!

You place your order, you pay, they claim they have sent you a parcel, they claim order couldn't be delivered and has been sent back, they claim order didn't get back so they can't refund. They are sick to communicate with. They must have a huge staff for communication. They will spend a lot of time telling you about that they once had a bad shopping experience and they know how it feels - it makes me vomit. They claim the company is based in USA, is even that true? I didn't get any of the products I ordered and paid for and I got no refunds.

Ordered a couple of products 18th of MARCH 2021, to be delivered in the UK. Nowhere did it mention a third party would be delivering my product in the UK, in the checkout section, or in any of the terms and conditions. I paid for DHL to deliver my product. DHL subbed the work out to YODEL, who claim they couldn’t find my work address,( DHL come to my work address every week for commercial business, and they’ve also delivered multiple products to my work address, when I use I HERB in America. My work premises is easy to find, it’s been there 39 years and one of the biggest premises on the road with multiple units. I took multiple photos showing the buildings and the road sign in the same photos, literally as you turn into the road, you can’t miss the buildings. The product was sent back to them on APRIL 1st 2021. No one now knows where the product is, as of today MAY 16th 2021. So, through no fault of my own, THEY have failed to deliver the goods I paid for, through a third parties incompetence, made me do all the chasing, between them, yodel and dhl, whilst palming me off with multiple, patronising emails, telling me that I have to wait 90 days and they can’t issue a refund until then, minus a 25% restocking fee. THEY HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT, MESSED ME ABOUT IN MULTIPLE EMAILS, FAILED TO ISSUE A REFUND, THEN WANT TO CHARGE ME A FEE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, UTTER SCAM. STEAR WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

Avoid at all cost. I ordered 89£ worth of supplements in in Jan 2021. Nothing has arrived yet. the shipment tracking doesnt have any update since 17feb 2021 (IN Transit). I wrote them and they reply via zendesk with a script, apologizing and promising to come back with an update soon. this NEVER happens, I keep escalating, they keep reply with the same polite pre-built script. it is a scam, they should be sued. DONT BUY!

Item still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. "Mara" from LuckyVitamin replied to my first email regarding the 2 week delay stating that the DHL status "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" would only change once it arrived in Australia and to be patient. That is simple not true as the next status is "PACKAGE RECEIVED AT DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER" when DHL initially scan the item and confirm that the purchased item was actually sent. The consignment hasn't changed from "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" after 3 weeks and "Mara" hasn't responded to the two subsequent emails enquiring about my order. Based on previous reviews, it seems I am another "unlucky" customer to purchase from LuckyVitamin.com.

Almost a scam business. I ordered a bottle of red yest rice to be picked up at Walmart store. It was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 business days It's been more than 3 months and still haven't arrived. Every time I contact them for a refund they request a 15 business day to follow up with the carrier!! They never processed a refund. This seller should be banned from Walmart store. In fact it should be banned from the country ! Not sure which agency I should follow-up with to get them under scrutiny, but I will definitely find out
