Not paying out a small redemption of $102, not sure why. I guess they don't want repeat customers....I will update if I ever get my redemption but right now it looks like I got scammed

I tried redeeming my winnings and getting the same issues as everyone else! I put one in on 6/18/26 and am STILL waiting for my winnings… I’ve tried “support” and the same bs auto responses, “its still in processing, but I will put a rush on it or flag it for immediate release!” Or “let me connect you with a specialist “ which never happens bc they just go silent.. this is a scam gaming site DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have a lot of experience playing online casinos and this NEVER happens on a legit platform! So do not trust it!

I have been waiting on my redemption for several weeks. Every time I contact support they keep saying they'll flag it to get it resolved. And I have talked to support over 4 times at least. I've never had a problem like this anywhere else trying to get a redemption. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The redemption time is far to long. It has nearly been two weeks. I contact them and get the same response. It hasn't been approved yet. That isn't a response worthy of taking the time to reach out to them. If I knew redemption process was over a week I would never have played on their site. Their's absolutely no excuse to play online casinos that take longer than three days. Most of the ones I play now are same day redemption. Anything over three days makes them unresponsive and the worst site to play. It's been two weeks. It's sad to see a site with so much potential fail on the most important process of customer relations. This isn't the only slow online casino. I have seen some come and go because of their not being concerned about customers redemption lengths.

I submitted a redemption on 6/21/26 for $130 and another on 6/28/26 for $75. I have yet to receive either one. I have spoke to customer service almost everyday and am told the same thing, they are escalating my request for emergency services. Today 6/30/26 I was told I was being connected to a redemption specialist, still waiting. They are sure fast in taking your money but not in redeeming your winnings. I can't believe they would keep our winnings this way

Did it take longer to get my redemption? Yes Did I have to submit a w9 and contact support? Yes BUT, did they send me 500 bucks? ALSO YES 5 stars, don't mind the hoops as long as they send the cash, and they did. They probably just need to update the website to say redemption takes 2-3 weeks.

I submitted a redemption on Thursday 6/18 of last week and have yet to receive any updates. Each time I've reached out to support all of the responses seem to be copy/paste types and no matter the time, the "same" person is responding. Will come back with an update if I ever receive an update or the actual redemption.

They DONT pay!!!!… update Lucky Stake Do PAY. They paid me several times to be real. It’s go be about a month tho. I don’t even do reviews like that. But see I know the feeling when you think some of these casinos don’t want to pay you, especially when you hit. Lucky stake pay fam. And they do have real customer support. Gotta email them. And twice I did receive a redemption immediately when they responded. So if you hit on here. Don’t worry it’s coming 💰 might be a minute tho. lol. They quicker with the payout cards. And they are them PRE PAID cards now. Can’t gamble.
