Don’t pay more than 4 months and nothing , I buy and I did receive my reedem

I submitted a 300 dollar withdrawal on June 24 2026 and today is August 9 2026. I still am waiting for the withdrawal. It hasn't even made past the review for authorization yet. I have contacted them many times through chat and email. The people I chatted with were nice enough but they would pass me off to that department. They would never respond. I have sent them an email and no response. I liked the games, but if they are not going to live up to their part of processing a withdrawal in this amount of time. I definitely can't rate them but one star. If I could rate it lower then I would mark it. Way to many better online platforms that can complete a withdrawal on the same day or within three days. I would recommend you seek out those online gaming site. I stopped playing this site a couple days later when the withdrawal hasn't even moved. I don't know if any others have trouble with their withdrawal. I can only speak from my own experience.

This fake casino should have to pay me back, they allowed me to open an account last week, and I lost hundreds and today I logged in to pay and play and they have a notice stating that they are closing, what is going on in this country, no one has to comply with laws, no accountability, morals or business ethics anymore? I wish I could rate them a -(0), which would represent what they are doing to consumers. The FTC and Attorney Generals Offices should be all over these types of businesses.

Closing after being a patron of the site for less than 6 months. (Suspicious?) Then, I go to leave this review and it says "We've removed several fake reviews for this company." .....Another shady site in the sweep casino-arena. These sites ruin it for the rest of the others who are trustworthy and operate with intention of serving the customer/players. July 29th and still no word on my July 1st redemption request, Everytime I inquire I get the response immediately about escalating and then radio silence, No more agent and no escalation, It has to be a scam site.
