My redemption is still pending and all I can get is generic response by AI. At least I compensated this loss on 23Cas.com This is a real quality casino. I feel dumb for having engaged with LuckyStake - they have always been inferior to other online casinos. The only positive thing about them was that they would let you win in the first couple of days but of course it was just a standard hook. They should be held accountable, but I don't think anyone cares and it looks like we won't get our money back.

Now I know why they closed down because they are scamming people sending emails talking about redemptions will be processed if in by a certain date and mine was in on time but nothing no customer service to talk to it’s a AI bot who just keeps saying the same thing and keep getting the same email with their generic answer talking

Don't play here they give you free spins if you make up to $25 they cap it you have to make a purchase when you make a purchase they take it once they did that to me I complained then they locked my account they won't let me claim no bonuses and they won't let me play and I got $2.46 up there the customer service is worth zero Stars it's a fraudulent ripoff casino do not play here

Wish I could give em 0 zero stars. I'm still waiting on my redeem when they talking about they closing down. The government need to do a thorough check of platforms like this. Customer service is dookie the ai bot keeps closing my submitted request ticket.

GOOD THING THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO PAY OUT MY REDEMPTION!!!!

Update: It is now September 13, 6 weeks, and have still not received my redemption. My redemption was put in on July 31, waaay before they shut down. They do not respond to emails anymore and no other way to contact them. I’d be embarrassed to have people talk about my company like this. Absolute nonsense. If I could give zero stars I would. It seems my experience with them isn't the only one. I cashed out a redemption on July 31 and even screen recorded as I redeemed as well as taken screenshots. It stated redemption time was 3-5 business days. It has been 8. I've contacted customer support on site, which is only ai bots, and they will tell you the same thing everytime. They tell you your redemption is still pending (well no kidding- that is why we're here) and that they'll send you over to a specialist who can help you. You will sit and wait because no one will ever come. You email customer support and they'll just tell you requests are being reviewed in accordance with their terms of service. I have already been verified and all standards met. It is a very poor way to run a business and a good thing they're shutting down. They don't mind the time you take to be on their site, but have no problem with putting off payouts. Just very poor business dealings.
