Waiting on 12 redemptions to pay out!
I played on this site and won through a few of their packs. In the start they paid out and paid out quickly, I was able to sign up, verify, and redeem without any issues. I started buying more of their daily deal packs and redeeming, redemptions kept coming through (I had around 7 successfully process) so I continued buying more daily deals and playing through. Then the redemptions started slowing and paying out less. The last time I received my redemptions was 2 weeks ago, but I have 12 redemptions pending on their site and many of those have been pending for over a month now, my oldest pending is from 6-8-26. I noticed the redemptions I was receiving were ones they did in order of smallest amount to largest amount, instead of oldest redemption to newest. I contacted support several times and they keep telling me that my redemptions are in queue and it’s the process. If I try the 24/7 live customer support on the site it’s always a message bot that doesn’t help and says the same info. If I ask for a real person it just reiterates that it understands and wants to focus on my redemptions. I’m growing increasingly concerned that they aren’t going to pay out the remaining redemptions they owe me. If they finally pay out those redemptions I’ll upgrade my rating but for now just beware of this site, seems to have slowed or stopped paying out for a lot of people in the last few weeks after looking at these other reviews… Update 7-28-26: I contacted their support once more and asked if I could get refunds if these redemptions weren’t going to be paid out. I also cancelled one of my earlier redemptions and re-redeemed so there was a fresh one in my queue if that’s what is needed. Either way they replied saying they’d get the reviews to the right department so these can process and now today they paid out two more of my redemptions. So now just waiting on 10 more. Will update if/as they come. Update 9/9/26: After announcing they were closing down I had no expectations they would honor what they said and pay out, especially after it had been so long while the site was active without being paid my redemptions. I even started claims on all purchases and had to compile hundreds of supporting pieces of evidence for each. But today I will be retracting my claims because amazingly I was actually paid out for my last 10 redemptions in full!
