Have been playing on this site several months. Finally won $620 on 6-14-2026 and my identity was verified within a day but after I redeemed using the pay card option which says would take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.....we'll this is business day 10 now and I have talked to the 24/7 customer service which gave me a basic copy paste answer of letting the team know to flag my redemption to quicken the process, I have emailed for answers and have had no response. Now that I am reading all the reviews on Trustpilot im fearful I will not actually ever get what I rightfully won. If I do I will update review. My redemption is still pending its now 7-08-2026. I have emailed support and have received a response informing me that I have not been over looked and is still in the normal process, I asked if there is anything else I might need to provide them to help the process and was told that I basicly just need to keep waiting but it will be "well worth the wait".....its nearing a month now and I feel like they think im a joke and its obvious im not going to receive the $620. Will update if anything changes or comes through Now as of 7-16-2026 still not been paid on my redemption, the customer support chat no longer responds to me nor customer support when I email them. I have read through other reviews and I did my redemption with the payout card option, and never got the $620. It still shows pending approval. So id say confidentiality now that this is website is 100% a scam

I would not advise anyone to play this casino platform you won't get your money all they can say is we know you frustrated but we will keep you updated. Nobody has updated me on shit this is the worst casino platform ever, never again and im going to report them to the BBB.

They don't actually pay out

Still not paid, "Pursuant to Section 12 of the LuckyStake Terms of Service, I am filing a formal dispute regarding a prize redemption.COMPLAINT: Unresolved Redemption & Request for Dispute Resolution." They are not at all concerned and more people need to know their Rights when it comes to the gaming commission. And I will be getting ahold of better business bureaus. So people save your money don't play at the site played another better site.

Submitted a redemption for 1500 on the 30th of May. I have redeemed several times and received my money so I do want to be clear, but as of the last month the redemptions are starting to take much longer. The first couple were a little over a week and the last couple have been close to two weeks, and now my current one over three weeks with no movement and redemption still sitting in my account unmoved.

I submitted a redemption request on the 8th of June for 300SC. Its now the 17th and I have contacted customer service through their AI chat bot 4 times and emailed support twice and they say my redemption is still pending. The website says it will only take 3 to 5 business days to receive your winnings, but that is definitely a huge lie. It shouldn't take this long for a redemption request to be processed and approved. I've won on many other social casinos, requested a redemption, and had it in my bank account the same day up to maybe 4 days tops. This is getting ridiculous at this point and its hobestly not good business. If my redemption request gets approved today, I'd change my review to 4 stars, but if I could give them 0, I would.

I really think that if you live in the state of Tennessee they are stalling with redemptions I do live in the state of Tennessee I've played with lucky Stick casino and I was as long as I could legally but at the end of the month June 30th they're shutting us down the state of Tennessee will no longer be able to play and for this reason I think that's why they're stalling with redemptions i have a feeling it's their game plan because there are several casinos I can no longer even sign into now that they've shut Tennessee down so in the end I'm going to lose and so is my husband while I watch him suffer.. because I truly and honestly needed this money like yesterday how sad where's the compassion. What does one have to do to be honored their rightful winning after paying to purchase a coin package to win? I'm going on day 9, I used my last $20 in hopes to win, I did on June 9th, I was excited now knowing that I'd be able to go to the pharmacy now and pay for my husband's meds that I couldn't afford earlier in the week. My husband is suffer a horrible death, stage 4 metastic lung cancer which unfortunately has metastasized to the most painful places ever, the bones, especially his spine. He has marketplace insurance and he's dying, he refuses hospice and I am going to respect his wishes in his last days, but for the love of if God this $100 couldn't have came at a better time. I actually use all my casino winning towards his comfort care and his medications unfortunately I was told instant redemption and then I was told three to five days at most I'm going on day 10 and my husband is without this medication I wish I would have took my $20 and played at another casino that has paid out quickly and kept a promise several times this isn't my first redemption so lucky staje casino it's my second so I've been 100% verified and payment method has been on 100% verified they're blindsiding me only because I live in Tennessee and at the end of the month June 30th day shut down in Tennessee and hopes I'll just go away and they won't have to pay me my money that I rightfully won trading customers as if they don't matter and they're not important by lying to them on support chat because that's what they've been doing to me just giving me the wrong thinking it's going to shut me up I go there two maybe three times per day and I get told the same exact thing. I mean it's really pathetic a lousy $100 to help pay for my husband's medication which was really excited to win that they are stalling and paying me but yet they take millions in $100 isn't hurting them at all they just don't want to pay me you're hoping I will cancel the redemption and play the money out but I can't afford that I already use my last $20 that I needed for my husband's medications and that was even enough but that helped and now it's going to because I played at their casino and won and no good reason as to why they won't pay out now in a timely manner. You think the first redemption would take the longest which I've already went through that one no issues but now I'm at a standstill even when they tell me they're going to give me a live support specialist I get put on this hold and nobody comes nobody comes to chat with me I get no responses through email either I would like to go above and beyond their casino a superior of some sort but I'm just not sure, I don't know where to start. This is the first and only casino that I have witnessed that actually has no truth behind it they like to blind side and of course AI support how do they show compassion they don't even have a heart let alone get a hold of a human being who has any compassion there and they know that I've been dealing with this since June 9th I was so excited to think that I could go up and get my husband's medication that he needs just to keep him comfortable this is truly sad. There has been no resolution since June 14th and now it's the 17th 9 days past their promise of 3 to 5 days. You know we have a contract for bound to follow the rules well they should stick to the rules too what makes them so immune to the rules it's called respect.

I was able to win some SC coins, I've been trying to redeem for the past two weeks, I submitted my redemption for 100 bucks and it still hasn't been processed, I've talked to customer service apparently and they said they're going to push it through verification so we can process, it has not been processed and I'm still waiting since June 9… have not been able to redeem, and it is my first redemption… I will update as soon as I get my redemption process and get into my account
