The only reason I am giving the experience 5 stars is because I needed customer service and the agent that helped me, Anna, was amazing. She helped me resolve the KYC problem I was having and was able to get me verified and on the platform in about 10 minutes. As far as the actual platform goes, well it’s nothing to gush over. They did give me a great deal ($1.99 for 17sc plus gold coins)777%. But that was about as lucky as I got. Outside of that, the platform isn’t terrible, just average, if you ask me. Although they sure do know how to pick their customer service agents. My luck isn’t everyone’s luck so I do recommend the casino. Keep up the good work, Anna. Someone give that woman a raise!!

So far I haven’t played yet, but I needed help getting verified & the customer service (Mary) was super good. She actually sent direct links and was able to manually approve documents within minutes rather than a week. She was a real person because there were typos hahaha & they replied really fast. So far it’s been a good experience.

Banned me when I won for no reason, didn't even give an explanation, and they took down an old review of mine under false pretenses. Scam website, don't deposit any money here. 0/5 stars. Edit: their reply is generic PR slop that basically just proves my point further.

Absolutely horrible site. They have hidden playthrough requirements now and make it so you need to lose in order to redeem what you bought in with. Absolute insanity. These are all fake reviews that they incentivized people to make, 100%

I recently signed up for this platform, redeemed $55 gift card and now when I try logging into my account it says that it’s not in my region… I am in Tx… what’s really going on
