Hi Matlin, We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Our team continuously works to improve mobile performance and platform stability, and we appreciate feedback regarding gameplay issues. Regarding the welcome offers, all promotional bonuses and Sweeps Coins packages on LuckyOne are subject to the eligibility requirements and promotional terms listed on our website. Certain offers may require qualifying purchases, gameplay activity, or promotional conditions before additional SC rewards are credited. As with all sweepstakes-style gaming platforms, outcomes are randomized and individual gameplay results will vary. While some players may have positive winning experiences, winnings are never guaranteed. We encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can review your account activity, verify any bonus eligibility, and investigate the mobile concerns you experienced. We’re always happy to help clarify promotions and assist where possible. Thank you for your feedback.
