I had some verification tasks that I needed to complete. I reached out to customer support and was linked with Anna. She was more than amazing and went above amd beyond! What would have taken up to a week to process she was able to push it through for me within mere minutes! Really outstanding! Never have I ever had this type of customer support regarding any issue from anywhere! Purely amazed!

Customer service is top tier! Marley was patient with me, as I’m a little impatient, it’s been over the 24 hrs they say they try to process redemptions. Will come back and update on that. But Marley insured me they are working on it and helped eased my nerves.

Closed my account after a week due to me winning some money and trying to redeem it. Full scam site hiding behind the Ts&Cs that sweeps style casinos allow. Do not deposit

Anna was great and so very patient with my un-techy ways. She walked me through getting verified at each step, and was there immediately when I logged on!

So far this has been a great site, only a few hours in and haven’t tried redeeming yet but had an issue with my address (my typo during sign up) and their customer service, specifically Hope, was very efficient in resolving the issue!
