LuckyOne.usReviews of luckyone.us

I have to say I am really pleased with the help I got when I had a minor issue with the verification process. The agent helped me get verified with super ease making sure I had done everything I needed catching an error I kept repeating. I was verified within a few minutes of starting the support chat. Not many platforms are this helpful so thank you so much for making it so easy.

Fast & easy customer KYC verification process even when I had trouble loading clear pictures! Thank you Monica for your patience! I've had some nightmare experiences with some sites stringing me along to get my redemptions, Luckyone.us is by far one of the easiest & legitimate SC sites out there. Everyone should stay away from DimeSweeps, Bangcoins, SpeedSweeps, Richsweeps & SweepsRoyal who are run by ALL the same people. They don't pay out redemptions in the thousands & steal from everyone who wins big, including me. Trust Luckyone.us for top legitimate Sweepstakes.

Monica at customer support helped me thru a tricky kyc verification and made sure all documents needed were correct and she approved everything right on the spot . Redemption is easy

Hope, from customer service was amazing!!! My initial $1 bonus was added to my account at first, so I messaged customer service!!! Hope was extremely helpful and got it credited to my account in less than 2 mins!!! Id give it a 5, but haven't really played yet, so may change it as soon as I play!!!

Amazing customer service by Marley in relation to a redemption issue. She is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ll continue to use this site!

Pretty good so far. Had a few issues getting verified for redemptions. Took 7 tries. Support is awesome. Haven't received redemption yet. Will update this to 5 stars once I do
