Thank you very much, Mary , for your patience; you helped a lot.

Im not one to leave reviews but I made an exception for this casino because it deserves 5 stars, imo. Everything from the sign up bonus all the way to redemption. And specifically customer service, thank you so much Lara

Rebecca from customer support was excellent.

So far so VERY good! Hit a massive win and completed KYC, submitted a redemption late at night and support reached out the next morning to request a couple of documents. 24 hours later it was redeemed to my debit card that I purchased with! Support is awesome and literally one of the fastest support teams ever, seriously it’s impressive. I’ve had many questions over the last day or so and support has been so helpful and FAST!! Mary, Marley and Eva all were so helpful and patient with my million questions. LuckyOne gets an A++ in my book for fast support and fast redemptions. New fave online casino!!!

Just signed up 2 days ago and the game selection is nice. Its hard to find the games available in my area. the verification process only took 5 minutes and i also had my first redeem yesterday and had it in my account in less then 2 hours. Customer Support is easy to contact and help you. Tina helped me with a question i had and had an answer in just a few minutes. I highly recommend giving it a try

Great live support. I had a couple of questions and Marley was very helpful and responded very quickly. I didn't half to wait forever!

Fantastic Casino! Unbelievable Customer service as well. Thank you Lara for the consistent support when needed.
