If you call they do not answer, if you write via the chat box the answer is automated. Via email, the customer care service replies that they are a small company in California and that the times are well specified up to 12 weeks for production, too bad that at the time of the order it was written immediate shipment. I received my order 3 and a half months after I placed it. I will not buy from them again even if I am satisfied with the quality of the jersey and bib purchased. Took over a year to get my order. I spoke with Ben on the phone and he told me he’d make it right and would include a gift card to make up for the delay, but the gift card was not included. I still did not receive my full order, I never got the itu swirl. My last name was spelled wrong on my skeletor.
