Terrible service, complete rip off their product is garbage. Customer service is awful.

I cannot stress enough to anyone not to buy from these clowns. I placed an order in March 2019 and still nothing has been delivered. As per the message on their site I expected a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery so for 3 months didn’t query anything. I started asking for updates in July and was initially told that the items were in various states of completion and in one instance was told that they’d lost my item so needed to remake it. After a string of emails I had had enough and asked for my money back. Since then none of my mails have been answered. I live in the UK and only have 120 days to raise a dispute with my bank so there’s now nothing I can do to get my money back. I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ve been conned and that I’m not going to see the items or my money ever again.

Scam company. Promised 2 week delivery. Over 4 months and still nothing. Been asking for a refund for 2 months and it’s just ignored. Never ever order from them. Wish I’d checked before, but had seen they sponsored some notable pro-triathletes so presumed that came with credibility.

they just don't deliver the goods you ordered. Im waiting for more than a half year. By email they promiss that they send the goods, but nothing at all is delivered. They block everyone who is not happy with them on Instagram and delete comments on facebook. I strongly advise never to order something at LTP.

Waiting for 4 months on my trisuit now. No reply to emails, nothing. They don't deliver and don't answer. What an awful company

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Four months later I'm still waiting for delivery for 2 medium-sized t-shirts. The advised be twice that my products were ready to ship but then decided never to ship them. The customer service team is a complete joke. From looking online there are 100's of people in the same situation as myself. Don't be fooled by their discount codes as you will not receive your order. They also don't have a phone number or postal address on their site.

I ordered and paid for a Tri-suit in August 2018, but LoveThePain has not yet sent it to me. They keep me up, with a lot of excuses and besides, they are long to answer my inquiries. I have now tried to cancel the purchase, but this is completely ignored. Inserted response from Love the pain, first received February 4, 2021: "We have investigated your claim and they are completely made up. If you have a real issue our support team is standing by to help. Please email lovethepain.com". Unfortunately, my criticism of the company is completely correct - and to date I have still not received my item. Now 2 1/2 years after. I even gave them my order number yesterday at the request of them so they could investigate the matter, and despite this and really many emails to them, they think I'm lying. I have kept all my emails, some answered and very many unanswered.
