DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am writing this review because, more than two years later, I still have not received an order I paid for. In August 2024, I ordered and paid for two custom triathlon suits from Ben Haas’s other company, Love The Pain, Inc. The two companies appear to be connected and, based on my experience, seem to operate as the same business. After taking my payment, Ben refused to incorporate my sponsors’ logos into the suit designs, which meant I had to return the money my sponsors had provided. He then repeatedly failed to respond to my correspondence about delivery. I needed the suits for the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii and was initially told they would take “a few weeks.” I ordered and paid for them in mid-August 2024. I eventually received one suit, just a couple of days before I flew to Hawaii in late October. The second suit—which I had also paid for—never arrived. After that, Ben stopped responding to my attempts to contact him. I spent the better part of a year trying to resolve the issue before finally giving up. As of today, more than two years after placing and paying for the order, I have still never received the second suit or a satisfactory explanation for why it was never fulfilled. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think very carefully before handing over their money. My experience has been an extraordinary combination of poor communication, broken promises, and failure to deliver a paid-for product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
