There are some major operations/ownership issues with this company. They do excellent in Marketing, but can't fulfill orders. They make amazing products (I do own a tri-jersey and it's awesome!), but expect to wait for 5 to 6 months. Custom orders should take around 1 to 2 months, not 5 to 6. It's sad because triathlon athletes do need to receive their orders in some sort of timely manner. By the time you get your order, your race will be over. Processing a refund and/or getting your money back may need to go through your credit card company. I ended up placing another order for some swim jammers, and now after 4 months, I can't wait any longer. The order was placed in August. It's now February.

I ordered a pink camo ladies jersey in May 2022 for a friend's birthday. It arrived within a couple weeks. Great product. I liked it enough to order two mens jerseys for myself on June 1, 2022—the Greys and the Man Man. I received the Greys jersey on July 20, 2022. I'm still awaiting the Man Man. I've emailed them, but no response. I used their chat feature on their website but it says it's not connected. What's up, Love the Pain? 20-pages of mostly bad reviews here and many more on BBB. I'd like to just cancel the Man Man jersey at this point. For the amount I paid, I could've ordered from Neopro and received my stuff by now. Maybe I'll get to wear the Man Man jersey in summer of 2024? Get with it, LTP! Very poor customer service.

the shirt that I ordered from Love The Pain is beautiful and no doubt so are all their other products. I ordered the shirt in June 2021 and revived it in Jan of 2022!!! No joke. I am dead serious. I sent multiple emails and texts through their site and got responses to some of them. Mostly I got ignored. The worst customer service ever. If you are not eager to get a riduxt abs can’t wait oh, 6-8 months than go ahead and order. Super frustrating that a company with such great elixirs can’t get it together. Yes I’m aware of supply shortage in the world but at least resound to emails.

Placed my order on 12/11/2021 and received one of two jerseys ordered so far (06/02/2022) Checking in with them on when I will receive the other piece. Was a little disappointed that after such a long wait, I only managed to get one of two piece ordered. Hopefully, they will send me my other piece real soon..

Never got last piece of my order (trisuit). Waiting since August. Online chat is useless, they promised me many times it will be delivered soon. I understand logistic issues but then don't promise anything and give me hopes. I no longer need the trisuit and want a refund.

Kits great, customer service not so much!

Ordered two bibs and two jerseys to wear for the summer... order placed at the beginning of July 2021. It is now the beginning of October 2021. Still waiting for them. So apparently, they don't offer refunds once your items are "in production," which they have been in production for months now. So, if we finally receive our items, and turns out they don't fit.. we have to wait for additional how many months for an exchange?? Won't be ordering from this company in the future.

It is unfortunate that the great designs are overshadowed by the fact that it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the customer to receive. I've made 2 orders with LTP. I had to chase up both. The first order took 6 months to receive, I had zero updates throughout this period, and got different excuses every time I contacted the company. Then my $300USD tri suit arrived in the completely wrong colour. So, I received some credit and placed another order. ONLY THIS ORDER TOOK 9 MONTHS TO ARRIVE! Beyond acceptable! Over a 2 year period I have spend almost $1000AUD. I like your gear, but not enough to continue spending my money on your products, and nor do I recommend to anyone whom asks. Definitely a shame.
