Couch is extremely uncomfortable and it's not easy to put together or to kive the pieces around especially if you have surround sound. The covers are always shifting and have to adjusted so the seems line up correctly. The comfort is terrible in which no one wants to sit on it. It is very expensive and not worth the money! Don't buy!

I’m not sure why there’s such low reviews for love sac. We’ve had our for over a year and LOVE it. Withstands my dog. Is super comfy. Can be arranged so many ways. Yes it’s not super easy to move but it’s definitely doable unlike other couches. Delivery, customer service, everything has been top notch! I highly recommend them.

After purchase and explanation that shipping will occur when all pieces arrive at local warehouse a emails start showing up with shipping information and no details. I hope your home has a storage facility built-in. Pieces start showing up randomly so you will have a partial sofa you can assemble over a 2 week period! Terrible Terrible delivery that was totally mis-explained. No service after they get the sale.

Our experience with LoveSac was extremely disappointing, and we would not purchase another one of their products. For a couch priced at over $10,000, we expected a premium purchasing and delivery experience. Instead, the sofa arrived in numerous individual pieces requiring complete assembly by the customer. Despite the company’s claims that assembly is simple, we found the process to be time-consuming, physically demanding, and far more difficult than advertised. We were initially quoted a 10-week lead time, yet the furniture was shipped prematurely to a home we had not yet taken possession of, creating unnecessary complications. Throughout the process, communication between the retail store, customer service, and upper management was inconsistent, unclear, and often misleading, making an already frustrating situation even more difficult. Although the couch was eventually delivered to the correct location, the overall experience fell well short of the expectations that come with a luxury-priced product. In our opinion, the quality of the customer experience does not justify the premium price point. Based on our experience, we would not recommend LoveSac and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider other options before making such a significant investment.

Delivered with carpet beetle infestation. We had excellent in store service. Sales associate could not have been more kind or helpful at Spokane location. However, after my husband assembled couch i noticed small insects on a cushion. I took pictures and googled pics because they were tiny and striped. After hours of assembly my husband had to dismantle the whole couch and put it on our deck outside. I cleaned for hours until midnight. My skin is still crawling. We have pest control arriving in a few hours to help us. Customer service did apologize for the inconvenience and asked us to rebox all of it and labels would be sent in an email to slap on the boxes. We got a full refund but this is far beyond a little inconvenience. Reboxing an entire couch is crazy, especially infested with bugs. I could never do it but my husband is getting it done. All couches come from the same warehouse. I have found other reviews reporting this same problem. This is not a small thing to deal with and i hope they take serious steps to eradicate their infestation problem before sharing it with families across the USA and Canada.

Couches are okay (if you are physically fit to put them together in the first place, that is), but their other products are just big bean bags that are not comfortable at all. Not something you want to sit on for a long time. I then got the recliner, thinking it was going to be a game changer. Lo and behold, it was not, and the mechanism is so jumpy and precise that you really can't wiggle around too much without something coming apart.

$6,000.00 Couch and the cushions are so bad the front end flattens down to the frame. Very uncomfortable.

This Company Will Take Your Money and Run. We have tried several times over the years from just receiving our couch to a few years later, we have never been able to get through to anyone and have never received any responses. They just don’t care. Once they sell you they are gone. You spend a lot of money then you have to build the furniture yourself which is no walk in the park. We will never purchase anything g from them ever again.
