I am sad to leave this review because the furniture is lovely, but the customer service and sales integrity is seriously disappointing. I came to the store with my husband to make sure that he liked the furniture. The sales people told me that I would get 25% for the current promotion, plus a "stackable" 5% for the HERO discount. I bought over $10,000 worth of furniture. Two store sales people convinced me that I would get the additional 5% discount with the HERO discount code, which would have been almost $800. They did not honor the code. When I asked about it, the sales team was dodgey and tried to comp me a blanket and said they comped their max with a back pillow. Lesson learned. Don't trust what the sales people say. Get everything in writing. Use the website. I really love the furniture, but the integrity of selling honestly and customer service is very disappointing.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware!
We were quoted on 10/21/26 a price for a Sactional. Quote expires on 1/19/27. Today (10/23/26) we noticed Lovesac advertises 40% Black Friday Sneak Peek sale on Sactionals. When we engaged the store and Lovesac corporate about making the purchase, but we were told that we can only get 20% off our quote as it was "old pricing". This is what Lovesac has done: Quote is for $8,030. If we want to get the 40% discount advertised our new price is $11,028. Basically Lovesac is committing Deceptive Pricing Practices under the laws of the FTC (look it up). "Under the FTC Act and Guides Against Deceptive Pricing, artificially inflating prices briefly to fake a discount is prohibited, requiring former base prices to be established in good faith. A retailer is not allowed to increase prices to offer a larger discount."

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Customer service is non-existent. Delivery was a joke - came in 16 boxes but only 10 were delivered and had to wait another 6 weeks just to put my sofa together. Deceptive description on the website does not mention the insane extent of assembly needed nor the number of boxes that will arrive. When concerns were related to company, they said that perhaps I wasn't "man enough" to assemble the sactional.

Buyer beware:
Lovesac/Reddit community: for those dealing with "strange" squeaking/alignment issues,
We already found multiple other people on this subreddit (Here) discussing this exact hardware sizing defect from years ago. People are literally solving structural alignment issues on a $10k couch by wedging old t-shirts into the hardware! How are we, as a community, okay with this??
So, what's the defect? The couch squeaks like crazy.
Fun fact? It's not the couch itself. It is made exceptionally well.
The source/problem: the pegs and shoes (bottom fit and alignment).
The wooden connector shoes are cut with a 3mm deviation. Think of it like flight navigation: a tiny error at the start can land you in a completely different country if the flight is long enough (tilted at the wrong angle). In our case, that 3mm error compounds across the frames into a 3.1 cm gap (equals one whole peg!). It physically can't sit flush. This compounding error only reveals itself after you've spent hours locking the massive grid together, at which point Lovesac immediately promises "replacement parts" to stop you from initiating a return on Day 1.
We mapped the exact measurements, documented the failure, and handed the precise data directly to Lovesac. Instead of acting on it, Store Manager (Avalon, GA), Chrissy, and Regional Manager (for FL, GA, SC), Vicky Williams, initiated a 4-week delay (ghosting).
Finally, Vicky sent two retail employees (Lyric and Crystal) to our house. They arrived in regular street clothes—no uniforms, no badges—and were completely unbriefed by management on why they were even there. They were incredibly polite, underpaid retail staff who had been thrown to the wolves to buy Corporate time. Here's the kicker: while in our living room, Lyric explicitly admitted on camera that she had personally seen and heard about this exact 3mm hardware defect two years ago in her previous role for the company, as a customer service rep.
It gets better, strap up/grab your popcorn:
Management’s "solution" was to secretly overnight a FedEx box filled with scavenged, heavily scratched floor models from a local store's backroom without our knowledge or consent. The official 1-year manufacturer warranty resolution included a random assortment of different woods (colors) and different cuts that still physically do not sit flush. (Only 3 of the 9 used models fit).
We confronted Vicky and CEO Shawn Nelson via email. After 8 days of ghosting, Vicky replied at 7:00 PM on the exact eve of our 60-day window expiring to punt us to customer service. The very next morning, a Senior Specialist from Corporate stepped in and sent us an email with two fatal, written admissions:
Lovesac explicitly "authorized" shipping the used floor models.
Lovesac knows "manufacturing variations can occur."
The Extortion: Their proposed "fix"?
An insulting 5% discount to keep the broken, scratched, scavenged parts. We drew a hard line: a 15% statement credit for the stolen PTO/fraud, plus 9 actual new, working shoes that mathematically fit. Corporate's brilliant solution to a compounding 3mm defect? "Rotate each shoe by 90 degrees." Our setup: 5 shoes use 4 holes, 1 shoe uses 3 holes, 4 shoes use 2 holes, and 3 shoes use 1 hole.
Rotating a 3mm defect 90 degrees just points a misaligned hole in a different direction.
Does a client really have a "60-day home trial to evaluate seat comfort" if they spend 35 days in communication delays and have 0 days with a couch that fits together as marketed?
Check your hardware. If your couch squeaks or has gaps, you likely have "the same 3mm defect (which multiplies depending on how many connectors your specific setup requires).
Do not let them ship you used garbage from a showroom floor to shut you up.
Bottom line: stay away. Lovesac banks on the psychological trap: they know that after you’ve spent five grueling hours assembling this thing by yourself, you are mentally locked in. So, if you complain, they use calculated policy delays to drag you out of your 60-day window.
We filed active complaints with the FTC, the Better Business Bureau (Stamford HQ), the Georgia Attorney General, and the Connecticut Attorney General.
(See attached photos for the 3.1cm gap, the scratched used parts they shipped us, and the redacted corporate email admission).

Not Worth the Investment
This was an expensive couch - $10k for a 6 seat sectional, but we invested because we have pets and wanted something washable and modular. Definitely not worth the investment. The couch was never really all that comfortable but now, after 4 years and following the washing instructions meticulously, my couch covers are rippling and look terrible. Of course since I'm out of warranty customer service suggested I look for promos so I can spend more money with this brand. No thank you. Definitely not worth the hype.

Horrible Company
Do not purchase, these products are made with very cheap materials and the prices are just set that high to make the CEO more money, also the CEO was mocking customers complaining about having to assemble EVERYTHING.
