StealthTech is Not Worth the Money
Like many of the other reviews, I agree that Lovesac is overpriced. I had a sectional from Ethan Allen that I loved but it was over 10 years old and wasn’t practical to move with, so I decided to purchase a Lovesac sactional with StealthTech. I echo the other reviewers who noted how difficult it was to assemble the pieces. It took me several hours to put a three-piece sectional together. They recommend keeping the packaging for returns but if you live in a small apartment in NYC, you don’t have space for that, so that’s a bit ridiculous. It’s not the most comfortable sofa ever but it’s also not that bad. Still not worth the cost. My biggest complaint is with the StealthTech. There is so much static and interference! Who designed this? Was this even tested for RF interference? It’s ridiculous! Perhaps this would be okay in the basement of a single-family home where there are no other signals present but if you live in an apartment in NYC where there are hundreds, if not thousands of other signals present, get ready to hear static pops ALL THE TIME. How is it other Bluetooth devices can operate fine in RF-inundated environments but this can’t? And knowing that there’s a likelihood of interference, there should be an option for a cabled connection between the soundbar and subwoofer, but there isn’t. So now I’m stuck with this. Never purchasing from Lovesac again!
