I’m about half way through te course so far. It’s been inspiring , learning about so many ways to handle conflict in a relationship. I’m getting so much out of the modules. Realising that there are pathways to a better out come. The subjects that Bruce talks about are real and relevant, having work sheets to put your own Reality into the course really helps in understanding how to handle your own circumstances.i’m looking forward to the rest of the course and hopefully improve Me and my circumstance or at least better more in tune with my next relationship and a better Me.
Steve.

Bruce is down to Earth and Intelligent
Bruce is down to Earth and Intelligent. The Coarse is excellent with simple tools that can make a big difference. Our relationship experienced a dramatic shift in just a couple of days. From a feeling of total despair to a new and inspiring and supportive way of relating almost overnight.

Wow! “from total despair to inspired support” in just days? That kind of shift gives me goosebumps. So glad the course gave you the simple tools to unlock that magic. Bruce.

Proper communication saved us! This is a must buy for anyone needing help in their marriage.
We are an older couple who have always loved one another dearly. We almost split up when 25 years married, over massive losses in our business due to me not listening to wise counsel from my wife. We had never learned to listen to each other in our communications due to bad childhood examples. As soon as we heard the 1st video on communication the lights went on. We stopped the video and immediately dealt with the issues form teh past, understood one another, and applogised. Without knowing it we auomatically used the approaches that were explained in the following videos. I told my pastor and he asked for the link so he can give it to couples strugling. We have had an excellent Christian counsellor in the past, and while it was a great help in saving our relationship, we never got the goods on how to communicate! We are now 48 years married, wish we knew this years ago!

I watched Bruce’s Masterclass and…
I watched Bruce’s Masterclass and immediately signed up for his Love at First Fight. We are getting ready for week 5 and so far the class has been invaluable. We have both learned so much and I have even passed on some things I’ve learned to my friends. I would highly recommend this course.

Hey Pauline! It’s awesome that you’re already sharing the love - week 5 is where the magic really starts to kick in! Thanks for the review.

Terrible experience and HUGE regret!
I am just wanting to warn people about this program, based on my experience with it, and will continue to do so about what I felt was very scam-like. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was hesitant at first, but I’ve never felt so lied to/misled and ripped off. A big issue is that I entered as a solo participant, based on their advertisements about how it is beneficial even for solo participants, only to be SHOCKED by how the vast majority of the program in fact does require another willing person. This completely goes against their “guarantee” on their website. It only got worse from that point. I was initially told schedule situations I had were fine and encouraged to buy the program and it wouldn’t be an issue, then later had that held against me even though I provided the email where I was told that before I even paid for the program. All concerns I expressed via email throughout and after the program have been what I would describe as “politely dismissed”. When I ended up asking for a refund due to feeling the program was not what was advertised/what I paid for, they told me I just had to complete the program, then they held that against me too. When I tried to express my issues were with I paid for a program advertised as for solo participants but then most of the work required someone else, they responded with what I felt was twisting things by talking like my issue was because things didn’t work out with my partner. I didn’t have a partner. I entered as a solo participant, and sent emails to them about how so much of it requires another person. I felt that was continuously dismissed. I also would like to mention that I felt some things from the program could be triggering depending on past traumas, and possibly make things even worse. There was a point where I said I would maybe recommend the program for couples, but NOT for any solo participants, but then I thought “Do I want to trust a program that handles clients this way to begin with?” I wish I had known better beforehand. I hope others read my experience and do not make the mistakes I did with trying to trust this.
Response to reply;
I would definitely like to also clarify.
I think people should know that Bruce stating I don’t meet the refund requirements, because I asked early about getting a refund, is important. This company took me stating concerns about the program being as advertised (again, showing where almost all of it required someone else, but I entered as a solo participant based on their guarantee from their website) and me asking about a refund, and then said I didn’t meet refund requirements because, despite the fact that I clearly did all the work (AFTER being told by the company that their policy was I had to first complete the program and do all the work), THEY decided I “only did the work in order to get a refund” (after they also talked about how great I did with all the work and how clear it was I worked hard, of which I still have the emails). This is extremely contradicting, and I can’t imagine how anyone would view it as anything other than a “refund policy” revolving around how to make loop-holes to get around giving refunds.
The reality is definitely not what Bruce claims it to be. “Good enough” would have simply been acknowledging that the program “guarantees” even for solo participants, and why when almost all of the assignments require someone else a customer might be valid in feeling that this is not what was advertised. Good enough would have been to not tell them they have to try to complete the entire program and then, if needed, they can apply for a refund, but when they do as directed instead tell them they don’t meet the requirements because they did complete the program and “clearly benefitted” from all of the “hard work they have shown”, while at the same time they “only completed it in order to get a refund”. I hope others can see how shady that seems! Good enough would have been actually listening and trying to be understanding when a customer expresses that their whole situation revolves around extreme trauma and PTSD from things like manipulation, and how doing the exact things in this program (even to the point of showing the paperwork itself) is provoking those feelings (which was also emailed about to the company, with no actual help with how to go about things differently). Good enough would have been to not keep deflecting and invalidating with statements like “Robert continues to blame our course for how his relationship turned out.”, which is something Bruce decided is what happened despite consistently being told I was a solo participant and not in a relationship. Then to also make assumptions like if I do state issues with the program, instead of seeing the validity in it, I just am not taking personal accountability? Bruce has no idea how much I applied this program.

Hi Robert,
Since my team and I have already addressed all your concerns in our many emails and in my detailed reply to your first review two months ago, I won’t go over them again here. We’ve spent a great deal of time engaging with you, and at this point, it seems that no response will feel satisfying to you.
You already left a strongly worded 1-star review, so writing a second one feels less about sharing your experience and more about trying to "get even" because you didn’t receive a refund you weren’t eligible for.
For anyone reading this, I want to clarify a few things:
- Robert participated in our course, The Conflict Cure. He applied for a refund despite not meeting the refund criteria he agreed to before enrolling.
- Our team has spent hours thoughtfully responding to Robert’s concerns and trying to help. His feeling "dismissed" and us actually dismissing him are two very different things. The reality is, we listened, we responded, and we engaged in good faith - yet nothing was enough.
- He claims the program caused "negative consequences" in his life, but information and tools don’t create negative consequences - it’s how they are used that makes the difference. An important part of the methodology I teach is centered around taking personal responsibility, because that’s what leads to real change. Yet, throughout our conversations, Robert continues to blame our course for how his relationship turned out. The same tools that have helped thousands of people improve their relationships were available to him. What he chose to do (or not do) with them was up to him.
Robert, I understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you, and I truly wish things had gone differently. I’ve offered before to personally help you apply the tools in a way that serves you, and that offer still stands. You chose not to take me up on it, and that’s completely your decision, but if you ever change your mind, my door is always open.
Wishing you all the best,
Bruce

Conflict Cure course by Brian Muzic - Thrilling experience
Hi, My wife and I are currently enrolled for the course titled "Conflict Cure" by Bruce Muzik. So far we have completed five weeks of the course and are thrilled to go through the contents. The contents are very practical in approach. I am already seeing some results, though small at this stage but very promising, The tips in each module are easy to understand and use. We will need to work to take out those tools, in time whenever a conflict arises and that is a question of commitment and practice. We feel blessed to come across this course (which in our case was by chance and not recommended by any one) and made a decision to enrol in a matter of few hours of watching a video from Bruce and team.... (not sure how it landed on my laptop). We have already recommended to our friends whom we met on the weekend and they have enrolled too. I am sure another three weeks of course with followup from then on will make a difference in our lives. Thanks to Bruce and his team.
Mick

A powerful, relatable course... For everyone
My husband and I commenced this course five weeks ago, and have found it to be profoundly illuminating. Despite years of ups and downs, and some major relationship crisis, we have gained so much already. We're looking forward to completing the course, and have shared it with our two adult sons and their partners who are planning on doing it. So, it has been incredible for us so far, and has also provided powerful role-modelling to our sons. Frankly, I wish this was taught in schools, as currently, there is minimal guidance for kids to develop healthy relationships, manage their relationships when they have a family, and so on, perhaps the most important tasks and roles of our lives. Thank YOU Bruce, for all of the work you have done to develop it. We truly appreciate it. xx

Thank you so much for your heartfelt review, Kate. I’m thrilled that the course has been so impactful for you and your family, and I couldn’t agree more - relationship skills should be taught in schools!

Connection After Retirement!
Highly stressful careers trapped us in a mundane, convenient lifestyle that created a disconnection which made our home a warzone after retirement.
Relearning how to connect meaningfully through thoughtful communication and introspection is bringing back the camaraderie, mutual respect and love that first brought us together.
We are so blessed and thankful to have found Bruce Muzik and his insightful guidance.
