I completely respect that you may feel it wasn’t worth the $277 investment for your particular circumstances. The Conflict Cure has a 60-day refund guarantee with specific eligibility requirements outlined in our refund policy. It is not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, and refund requests are reviewed against those stated criteria. Your application was reviewed by my team, and after you asked us to reconsider it, I personally reviewed your circumstances as well. The suggestion that we asked you to spend hours scanning paperwork while having “no intention” of considering your refund is simply not accurate. Because this is public, I want to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading: When you purchased the course, you agreed to our refund policy, which states that a full refund is available if you (1) complete all the course material as designed, and (2) submit the written exercises fully completed within 60 days. You asked for a refund becasue your marriage ended. My team guided you step-by-step on how to qualify. When your coursework was submitted, I personally reviewed it. Unfortunately, we found more than 50 workbook fields left blank, and your Module 2 workbook was missing. For these (and other) reasons, your refund didn’t meet the clear policy you agreed to. Even so, my team responded to your upset emails with kindness, clarity, and offers of additional support. They bent over backwards to try to accommodate you, including offering the option to retake the course for free. You already left a strongly worded 1-star review, so writing a second one feels less about sharing your experience and more about trying to "get even" because you didn’t receive a refund you weren’t eligible for. For anyone reading this, I want to clarify a few things: - Robert participated in our course, The Conflict Cure. He applied for a refund despite not meeting the refund criteria he agreed to before enrolling. - Our team has spent hours thoughtfully responding to Robert’s concerns and trying to help. His feeling "dismissed" and us actually dismissing him are two very different things.
