It's oversimplified and ineffective
I believe the system is over simplified. I feel like it doesn't account for people that were in the Mature Love stage but fell out of it for a number of reasons. me and my partner had a well-established mature love. It also doesn't address sexual imbalance or lack of attraction in a partner. It makes everyone feel as if you are meant to be no matter what. What if you don't feel that anymore. In that case, the program creates great friendships and support systems but doesn't create spark and passion. For me it's helping rebuild a friendship. Also the 4 minute staring thing loses it's effect after a week. Then its just annoying.

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with The Conflict Cure didn't match your expectations, and I want to thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. I can feel how much effort you’ve put into your relationship, and it matters to me that you feel supported. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. If you're open to it, I’d love to personally connect with you. No charge. Just reach out through the contact page on my website and let’s set up a quick call. I want to hear you, understand what you’re going through, and help you make a difference in your relationship, so that you can get the value you hoped for out of the course. Also, allow me to offer some clarity that might help frame your experience a little differently: The Conflict Cure is designed for couples navigating the Power Struggle stage — that emotionally intense part of the journey where misunderstandings and disconnection tend to dominate. It sounds like you and your partner may have been in a different place: navigating the question of how to revive a love that once felt deeply secure. For that kind of challenge, our Better Together course may have been a better fit — it’s specifically created to help couples in long-term relationships reignite collaborationm, keep desire alive, and create a shared purpose (all hallmarks of the Mature Love stage). You also mentioned sexual imbalance and lack of attraction. That’s a hugely important topic, and you’re right - The Conflict Cure doesn’t focus on that directly. It's intentionally centered on rebuilding emotional safety, resolving conflict, and getting partners back in sync. In my experience, those are the conditions where sensuality and attraction have the best chance to naturally reawaken. I do offer other programs that speak specifically to physical intimacy, sexual imbalance and lack of attraction, once a foundation of trust is in place. And that feeling of “maybe we’re just meant to be” - it’s something a lot of couples experience as they begin feeling more emotionally connected again. And, my approach isn’t about insisting that every couple should stay together. It’s about creating the clarity, tools, and emotional connection to make that choice from a grounded, conscious place. Sometimes that leads to renewed intimacy, and sometimes to a peaceful parting (usually the former). What matters most is that it’s a choice made with awareness and care. On the eye-gazing ritual... thank you for that reflection. Like many practices that build connection over time (like journaling, meditation, or stretching), it can feel repetitive or even frustrating at first. That’s totally normal. The impact tends to show up gradually, especially after a few weeks of consistency. And if it doesn’t feel like the right fit for you, that’s okay too. Not every tool works for every couple, and part of the journey is discovering what helps you both reconnect most meaningfully. That's why I present multiple connection rituals for you to try. Finally, I want you to know that I care about your outcome. Whether you found exactly what you were looking for in this course or not, you invested in your relationship, and that already makes you a rare kind of human. I see that, and I respect it. If you’re willing, I’d be honored to chat with you and offer you some support or guidance. Just reach out. I'm here to help. Warmly, Bruce
