Defrauded $700 USD. DO NOT do what I did. I placed an order in late Sept. 2025 for $350. Then another (after receiving a $50 coupon as a "reward" for the lateness placed another order for another $350. I received only 1 box of puff vapes. This was about 15% of my total order. I asked several times about the status of both the orders. On Oct 31st was emailed saying they were revamping their system and "would resume normal operations and will mail remaining orders the following week. In late November I asked again. No Response. I have been cheated of $600 dollars. Do NOT order from this company.

Refuses to send vape but refuses to refund. Same as many of these reviews, insists on store credit. This is not legal, please report this seller to the FTC.

Sent wrong item and no response to multiple emails regarding a return. Would not recommend.

I purchased a pack of tobacco vapes, I was charged $114.00 and to date have not received the package. I reached out to my bank and requested a refund and reported the company to the FTC.

I ordered five items and received tracking information indicating they shipped, but when I got the order, three items were missing. I contacted customer service, and they said two packages were sent, and I should receive the second one soon. I've asked twice for the tracking number for the second package, but I haven't gotten it. The order is worth $75 worth of product. I'm a bit disappointed.

Well it’s been almost 2 weeks and still waiting for my order. This is a joke!

Ordered in August…..The company is out of stock for what I ordered (although showed in stock when they took my money) and they will not give me my money back. I don’t want anything else from their website and they still will not give me my money back. I have requested many times and nothing. If you don’t have a product and cannot get it, Return the person’s money. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I received my order but not the flavors I wanted! But they did email me back and forth and sent me a different flavor! If you need an exact flavor they may not have it available.
