Got just what i needed. One item i ordered was out of stock so they reached out and offered the next best thing. It was shipped fast and discreetly. I highly recommend!

First order placed on 11/28/23 was perfect, no issues. However the second order I placed on December 29th, it's January 16th and the package finally arrived. This was not a shipping error the order wasn't fulfilled until January 15th. None of the ways to contact the business work except the FB messenger. While they did offer me a 20% coupon for my next order, I'm hesitant to try them again. The customer service was frustrating at best, going from apologizing and promising to make it right, to telling me that my order showed as delivered even though it hadn't been processed yet.

delivery is too slow

upon ordering one line of the address was missing. I emailed and it was rectified/answered 2 days later. At least they acted upon it. After that, it took another few days for the shipment to go out and shipping is very slow. I usually order from a different company but Lou Square promised fastest shipping. Since I realized shipping is snail mail with Lou Square, I ordered from the usual company and they offer expedited shipping for a cost. Received my order in less than 2 days from Miami to Orlando, while Lou took nearly a week. Sticking to my old provider even if shipping is not free.
