I ordered my vape 13 days ago, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been writing to inquire about the status of the package, and I was told it was about to arrive around 4 days ago. Yesterday, I received an email saying my vape was lost in transit and wouldn’t arrive. They offered me the option to either send another flavor or refund me. I chose the other flavor, but I’ve asked them to notify me when it will arrive because I’m about to leave the country, and I still haven’t received any response.

Missing order. Disappointed. I placed two orders, one on the 9th and one on the 10th of December. I have received my package from the order I placed on the 10th however the order I placed a day before that I have yet to receive any update. I have tried emailing and there is absolutely no response. As of now it’s been 8 days with no delivery and no communication. This is my first bad experience with this site but i don’t think I will order again considering you can’t get ahold of anyone and I have a whole order just missing.

Would love to give a higher rating however, USPS has been waiting for item since Dec. 4. I write this as of Dec 9. I paid for 4 day shipping guaranteed and my order has not even left your location yet. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and most likely will never order from you again. Still waiting as of December 11th.... downgraded my 2 star to a 1 star rating

Great selection, easy to buy, shipping is a little pricey, but I still like the price of the vapes.

Ordered on Tuesday Dec 3rd, It is Saturday Dec 7th, with no update from the initial order confirmation.
