Cutting size stone
I found a wedding set I loved. I wanted it with a different size center stone. I contacted Louily & they were able to custom make the ring. Every time I emailed them, they got right back to me. My roughing came out gorgeous! It’s exactly what I wanted!

I absolutely love my ring set
I absolutely love my ring set! Ordering was easy, although choosing wasn't as there are so many beautiful rings available. They came in a lovely box, well presented. The only downside is the length of time from ordering to receiving them. If you want something for a specific timescale, make sure you order in plenty of time.
Response from LouilyjewelryNov 6, 2025
Dear Shona, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you love your ring set and enjoyed the presentation. We really appreciate your patience regarding the shipping time and your helpful tip for future buyers. Your support means a lot, and we hope your rings bring you lots of joy every day! Warm regards, Louily Jewelry Customer Service Team

Both pieces are beautiful
Both pieces are beautiful, but the bracelet is too big. Is it possible to return it for something smaller or maybe something different altogether?

If the bracelet feels a bit too big, no worries — we’ll be glad to help you exchange it for a smaller size or another style you love.
