Horrible quality and even worse customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day and her flowers were delivered nearly dead flowers as if they’d been in the sun all day. For so much money I expect my orders to be good quality. And the worst part is i called customer service and left a voicemail and they never got back to me, and an even worse thing is when they sent me an email to rate my experience, when i click on 1 star it takes me to their website but when i click 5 stars it takes me to leave a review, how convenient. Luckily I’m still leaving a 1 star review regardless of them trying to play little tricks.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the poor condition of your mother’s flowers and the frustration with our service. We understand that a high premium means high expectations, and delivering wilting flowers on Mother’s Day falls completely short of the standard we aim to provide. We are also very sorry that your voicemail went unanswered. Holiday volumes can significantly impact our response times, but we recognize how frustrating it is to feel ignored when trying to resolve a quality issue. Regarding your experience with our review feedback link, we take your comments seriously. We aim for transparency in all customer feedback, and we will look into our review system to ensure it operates fairly and openly for all ratings.

Best experience! I live overseas and with mothers day approaching, I wanted to make sure my mum had the best flowers. Ordering on the website was super easy. And the updates and photos emailed to me upon the delivery- I was SO impressed ( and thankful ). Also having the option of fresh fruit was awesome. My mum was so happy and said she had been snacking on the grapes all day. Plus, the arrangement was beautiful. I will def be ordering again in the future.
Response from Los Angeles BloomsMay 18, 2026
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Sheila! We’re truly honored to have been part of your Mother’s Day surprise for your mum, especially from overseas. We know how important it is to make loved ones feel special even from afar, so hearing that the ordering process was easy and that the delivery updates and photos gave you peace of mind means a lot to us. We’re also so happy to hear your mum enjoyed the fresh fruit — especially the grapes! And knowing she loved the arrangement made our day. Thank you again for trusting us with such a meaningful gift. We look forward to helping you celebrate many more special moments in the future!

The delivery service was great, customer service wasn’t. I had ordered 2 different types of flowers and for some reason, after I went to checkout.. it ended up being the same type, when I went to make an order change right after my card was charged, I noticed it right away, and immediately made an order change but it was denied. No one helped me and no one responded to my calls, I won’t order from them again.
Response from Los Angeles BloomsMay 18, 2026
Hi Erick, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the delivery service met your expectations, though we’re sorry the overall experience left you disappointed. We understand your frustration regarding the flower selection and your request to make a change shortly after placing the order. During especially busy holiday periods, many orders are processed and prepared very quickly to ensure timely deliveries, which can unfortunately limit our ability to accommodate last-minute modifications once preparation has already begun. That said, we sincerely apologize that you felt unsupported and were unable to receive a timely response from our customer service team. We know how important communication is, especially when concerns arise right after placing an order. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your feedback will help us improve both our ordering process and customer support moving forward.

Delivered on time, knock upon delivery, but 4-stars cos didnt look exactly like in the photo - colours of roses based on description/ name (“pinks”), otherwise could’ve ordered the other type that has reds on them
Response from Los Angeles BloomsMay 18, 2026
Thank you so much for your feedback, Ann! We’re really glad to hear your flowers arrived on time and that our driver made sure to knock upon delivery. We also truly appreciate you pointing out the rose color difference. While some flower substitutions can happen based on freshness and availability, we understand how this may have affected your expectations for the arrangement. Your feedback is very helpful and will be shared with our floral team as we continue improving both our product photos and substitutions. Thank you again for ordering with us and for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review!
