Overpriced glasses shouldn't have a Return fee for progressives.... Terrible service. Go with a cheaper option that doesn't try to keep your money.

I haven’t even received my glasses yet due to stolen packages but the level of service I have received from the reps is Nordstrom level customer service. I am hopeful that I will receive the replacement package and will return to share the joy I will have from laying hands on my item as I am certain they will be amazing. I would recommend them to any and everyone because customer service is a dying practice in retail, people take your money and tell you to kick rocks and often give you attitude when you are already dealing with a stressful process or upsetting issue like stolen packages. I definitely will order again.

Had the best customer service experience they replaced a broken pair from an email I sent in less than 10 minutes. Shipped me out a new pair without hassle. Andy was a delight to work with!
