Look Optic customer service is excellent. I had some issues with my Cosmo and I contacted customer service. Within 2 hours, I got a reply already. The rep was very helpful and was sincere to resolve my issue. Very thankful for the excellent service I received.

Initially bought 2 pairs of progressive readers, one returned due to snug fit and another pair selected and sent super promptly! Andy was very accommodating with quick follow through in finding what I needed. My only suggestion would be to simplify the call in process to customer service. It feels awkward with a weird "you are being recorded" message and I was not entirely sure I had a real person initially. We were cut off twice during the conversation and each time Andy called me back that odd "being recorded" message prefaced her speaking. But she was terrific in her execution and follow through!! Hard to find a company these days who really takes care of their customers and Look Optic does just this. Thank You!

I have had nothing but an extremely WONDERFUL experience since I started buying LOOK Progressives. I believe I am up to 6 pairs as of today. They work perfectly for me. I didn't have any adjustment time and they are so comfortable to wear that you forget you have them on. And after every pair I have ordered the LOOK family sends an email making sure that I am happy with my purchase along with tips for wearing them. And, what also impresses me is that when you email them their response is fast and they answer all your question
