While the mugs and t-shirts i bought were an excellent quality (which they should be for 20$), since this is the only place I've shopped online recently, I have to believe LookHuman was responsible for the credit card fraud I experienced shortly after shopping there.

Excellent quality and printing. Ordering was a breeze, shipped quickly from across the US, washed up nicely and am loving wearing my new tank! Already recommending to friends!

Had a few reservations about ordering after reading bad reviews, mostly centred around shipping, but during a sale I decided to just risk it. Placing the order was quick and easy, I'd make sure to order when there is a sale though, which is often. Got the tracking link after a couple of days, and it would have arrived on time if it wasn't for Royal Mail having problems with deliveries to my building (this goes for all mail and Lookhuman is not at fault), thus it spent an extra five days being passed around Merseyside postal offices. Suddenly on the tracking information it said that it was being sent back to sender, so I got in contact with both Royal Mail and Lookhuman by mail. LookHuman replied a few hours later and let me choose to get my money back or for them to send a new shirt, I chose the latter. Two days later the concierge at my building says the package has been delivered, even though the tracking says it's on its way back to the US. I emailed Lookhuman again, and they quickly responded telling me to just keep both shirts so as not to inconvenience me by having to send it back. The product I ordered is a racerback tank, and the fabric is quite thin but feels very comfortable and the print held up being washed so I got no problems there. If there was just one thing I'd pick on it's the sizing, the medium was a bit too wide for me even though I followed the sizing chart. Pros: Helpful customer support, comfortable fabric, fun print and easy to place an order. Cons: Shipping takes a while internationally, but this isn't unusual. The sizing was a bit off for me, think this can vary by preference and body shape.

Don't expect anything to ship in a timely fashion. I ordered one simple, single item from their website on December 7 as a Christmas gift. When I ordered it, there was no notice of the item being out of stock, backordered, or that shipping would be delayed. Not until December 13 did I receive an email saying that the order would be delayed, but would "reach you in time for the holidays." I leave for my holidays tomorrow, December 20, and nothing. They gave me a shipping/tracking number, but for days it has said that the USPS is still waiting for the item, so it hasn't shipped yet. If I were Jewish, this gift would have already missed my holidays. In short, this company can't deliver, so don't order from them unless you are in no hurry whatsoever.

POTENTIAL CREDIT FRAUD I was hesitant to post any reviews because I was uncertain, but after doing some research, I'm not the only one who has had their credit information used for $1K of fraudulent purchases after purchasing clothing from this company (see John A's review on this page). My purchase was from "Activate Apparel", which appears to be the same company as "Look Human" - they have the same corporate address. I ordered some workout shirts and the sizing was WAY off. The women's tank top sizes were bizarre... their large size fit small circumference wise, but length-wise, went down past my butt. I normally wear x-small or small in practically all clothing, but the small from this company was nothing like the measurements - it fit like a child's shirt. Finding no customer service number, I e-mailed their customer service rep. Response was quick, and the rep told me she would initiate a refund and I could donate the shirts and wouldn't need to return them. I thought that was pretty awesome, and did in fact receive a refund on my purchase. A few days after this refund, my card is flagged for suspicious activity, with up to $1K of purchases at various stores in OHIO... Only about 2 hours away from their corporate location in Columbus. This was the only recent purchase I've made from a website I have never purchased from - all other recent purchases were made at stores where I frequently make purchases. While this may be a crazy coincidence, it seems unlikely, given this same circumstance has happened to another customer AND the fraudulent activity occurred near the location of their company address.

A couple weeks ago I ordered a shirt I'd been thinking about for some time. I consulted the size chart and made my order, but quickly changed my mind about the size. There were technical difficulties when trying to change my order myself, so I contacted customer service and got an answer within two hours. They were able to change the order for me. It arrived yesterday shortly after the earliest predicted arrival time, straight to my house without me having to go to customs. What I was really pleased about was there was no wasted packaging - the shirt was just wrapped in the package itself without unnecessary plastic bags, which I really appreciated. I haven't washed the shirt yet so can't speak to its longterm quality. However, the women's cotton cut is really flattering and not overly exaggerated like many women's shirts. Very pleased with the product so far and definitely the company itself!
