Fun items, but I ordered one doormat and it has taken a month to “print”. Customer service replies but is slow. There is no notice when placing your order that production time is this long. I work in the retail industry, so I know this delay is excessive and not reflective of standard print production times. I still don’t have my item and am now looking for a refund, which I’ll likely have to dispute with my credit card company based on other reviews. Really disappointed.

Cute products, but they quote 12-15 days for printing and shipping. You have to go to the "shipping" FAQ to find this info. It's been 10 days now and my order hasn't even been dropped in the mail yet. I thought I'd throw a $65 order at a smaller business instead of Amazon while gift shopping, but this is why I always hesitate. My products won't be arriving for Christmas and the giftee will be leaving state shortly afterwards. Now I'm shopping for replacement gifts and will have to pay shipping again to forward my order to the giftee after the holidays.😞 Again, they have some very fun designs, just don't order stuff from them if you actually need it THIS month.

I ordered a t-shirt for Xmas on Dec 14. I paid for Priority Shipping. It still hadn't shipped, so I sent them an inquiry Dec 23, heard back Dec 27. The customer service rep said she was checking on the status - but never got back to me. It finally shipped Jan 9. I have no idea the product quality because I had long left town by the time it arrived

I love the prints but lookhuman started using different tees and they’re really poor quality. They have a seam on both sides and it feels weird. The material is actually very thin, yet they somehow leave lint everywhere. I wore a brand new shirt after washing and drying it and my bathroom counter was covered in black lint, as was my face. I’m really sad because I bought 13 shirts, thinking they were okay enough last time, even with the annoying seam. I went up a size to have an oversized look and the tees are super tight but crazy long. I don’t know why they changed tee brands or material or whatever they did, but I can’t buy another tee from them again and I’m sad about that.

Ordered December 6th and still have not received the items. Received an email stating my order was placed on December 6th. Then received another email stating my order was placed on December 16th. This company is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID LOOKHUMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE. Update: Finally received ordered items the day after Christmas. I'm pleased with the items but still completely dismayed with their customer service.

The shopping will randomly add multiple copies of everything in the cart and is very glitches when you try to adjust the quantity back to only one of each item. The search feature on the website also does not find all items for a design, e.g. not finding a design in my cart that I know is there, or one I just navigated away from.

Ordered an XL shirt for my husband, came as pictured, size correct. Neat. Ordered a mug. It was great. Ordered myself a 2XXL shirt to lounge around in, big boobies need a big shirt to be comfy. 2XXL woman's shirt is the same size as my medium T-Shirts. Unacceptable. Yeah I can wear it but it's not as comfy as I want it to be. Thumbs down.

Still waiting for most of the order to ship after several weeks. The one item I did receive was shipped quickly, and the quality was good.
