This company took my money and never sent my sweatshirt. They don’t respond to customer service requests and are just thieves.

They stole my money. I bought $70 of merch this spring and it just…never shipped. I called and emailed repeatedly and never got a response. I’d ordered from them in the past and stupidly waited too long, giving them the benefit of the doubt, so couldn’t get it cancelled on my card.

I used to love this website but after ordering coffee mugs back in March, I have neither received them nor any update on them. I cant contact support and am really disappointed in the experience

If i could i would rate this store lower. i ordered several shirts about a month ago, paid an exorbitant amount and haven't heard any word from them. i contacted their support and they never emailed me back, i also gave my order number to their bot and it never replied. When i try to go to their site, the page is no longer accessible. i will be disputing the charge if i can unless i get the product.

Ordered a yard flag 1 month ago. It has not shipped, and I've emailed the company 5 times. No response. I bought the same flag a couple years ago with no issues. I'm not sure what is going on there, but I would not order from them at all at this point.

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order back in February and have had no response to any emails I have sent (and I have sent several). I haven't even received a tracking number for my order. No one answers the phone during the stated business hours and the Chat Bot asks if you need help and gives no reply at all when you give it your order number. Don't bother with this company unless you just like pissing your money away.

Placed a big order that was confirmed on March 10. Since then, there has been complete radio silence. I've emailed the company several times to ask what's happening with my order, but gotten no replies. Their chat bot also doesn't reply at all after its first prompt. I used to order from LookHuman with no problems, but that was years ago. Something seems to have happened with them in 2026, as I see several other people on here also having their money grabbed by them without receiving any product, and being completely unable to get in touch with them. EDIT: April 28, 2026. Still no contact from the company. Had to contact my bank to get my money back.

I ordered some stickers from Lookhuman on March 24th. I have called them several times, wrote emails,and used the chat to communicate with them. No update. The last time I ordered from them, the order arrived within 3 days. I work in retail so this is ridiculous. Will never buy from this company again. I did file a dispute with my bank.
