I’ve purchased from this site a few times. The sweatshirt I ordered was nice quality but the print is wearing off after less than a month and I paid 40ish dollars for it including shipping. The mugs I got are great, I’m satisfied with them. They also have pretty good sales. I’d give them 5 stars if I wasn’t so upset about the sweatshirt print not holding up.

Cool shirts but shipping was on the slow side even though I paid for faster shipping.

Quality of shirt was great. Size was terrible, as they run extremely small! Ordered a 2x women’s cut and large unisex. The 2x was smaller than the large unisex. However, it shipped quickly! Bonus is customer service was stellar and told me to donate the shirts and processed my return promptly.

Customer service is decent, but it feels like they tell you something over and over. I found that pestering them daily is the way to go. They are a bit more honest. I have ordered from them twice the first time; it took ages to get to me. However, they did explain it was a shipping problem, and they resolved it by canceling my original order and sending it to me for free. This second time it has been over two weeks, and I also get different information. Honestly, this place isn't that bad. The quality of the socks (the item I ordered) was decent. They were thick and comfortable and overall well done. But I do suggest you order a month in advance or two just in case. Shipping takes forever.

You guys only have black, blue, grey, and white tshirts now? What happened to the other colors? I was so ready to get some pink, yellow, and green for summer. I messaged a few months ago to ask where the wishlists went (as well as the login) and got a response saying that it was being worked on. They had been gone for a few months at that point. It makes it way easier to shop and add things here and there over time so that when I feel like getting a new crop of tshirts I have a base to work from. Because there is SO much content on the site to sift through. And really it's just confusing because you guys are a big enough company. Did you fire everyone in the IT department? No one is able to fix that issue in like half a year's time? Okay, girl. Just had to be a sassy for a second, since you guys emailed and asked me what I thought. lol.

Would have been 5 stars after my first order of a few tanks. Made a second order, and got tracking info on 8/12. The package then took a full WEEK longer to reach USPS after a few pit stops. A customer service rep explained by email they had a new supplier, which was confirmed when the tanks finally arrived on 8/21 and they are not the same good quality printing as the first tanks I bought. The print is yellowing at the sides on a few of them and the fit is baggier. I love their product variety but sacrificing quality for the sake of profit (the only reason I imagine they’d switch to a lower quality product for the tanks at least) is LAME.

Purchased a t-shirt with an awesome print. It took a while to arrive because it got stuck in customs (the packaging was made from black plastic, out of the norm for EU regulations), but arrived safely. After a few washes, the print started to fade. The fabric has a few bubbles and causes some irritation on the skin. It's a cool brand and I love the designs, but the product quality is not the best.
