Cute products (based on the pics), but my order was placed and I received a tracking notification email a few days later. No tracking link was attached. I sent them an email and they eventually got back to me saying that it hasn’t ACTUALLY shipped, and I’ll receive the tracking number when it does. Now here it is. The expected delivery date, and i still haven’t received an update. Emailed again to get clarification on how long it takes for orders to actually leave the warehouse and have yet to receive a response. Cute designs be damned I will not be ordering again.

This was an awesome purchase man!!! Both of the shirts that I’d bought came in a timely manner (they were packaged together) and just as shown in the pictures. Being that it was printed onto the shirt I believe, it still was as crisp and vibrant as it could be! It was a birthday gift for a close friend of mine and they absolutely adored it!! I’m so grateful that they’d arrived in time and also that everything was correct. I would love to make another new purchase in the future!! 😊😊

Would have been 5 stars after my first order of a few tanks. Made a second order, and got tracking info on 8/12. The package then took a full WEEK longer to reach USPS after a few pit stops. A customer service rep explained by email they had a new supplier, which was confirmed when the tanks finally arrived on 8/21 and they are not the same good quality printing as the first tanks I bought. The print is yellowing at the sides on a few of them and the fit is baggier. I love their product variety but sacrificing quality for the sake of profit (the only reason I imagine they’d switch to a lower quality product for the tanks at least) is LAME.

I love the shirt. It was on sale, so I thought I would give It a try. Good fit, soft and very comfortable. Extremely fast shipping. I would definitely buy from them again.

I placed my order on August 5th for one tank top. I received a tracking number but no link to actually track my order beyond their website which just gave me a status of shipped and an estimated date of August 10-13th. It’s now the 14th and I just emailed the company regarding the late order. They got back to me finally with an actual tracking number which now says August 19th. Over 14 days since I ordered and it still has not left the state the company is located in. Beyond ridiculous and will never order from them again.

I've been waiting on my order for 2 months now. After one month I contacted Look Human and they told me "it got lost in transit", (the tracking link NEVER updated by the way). They apparently reshipped the same shirt for me, and 1 month later the tracking link has, yet again, not updated, and I still don't have my shirt. I ordered this for someone's birthday a good 3 MONTHS in advance, and it looks like even now I won't get it in time. Very sad.

I ordered a tee specifically for the 4th of July holiday, and paid for expedited shipping to be sure it would arrive on time. It did not arrive until the 5th, though it apparently get out the door in time to arrive by the 3rd (I paid for 2-3 shipping). I called LookHuman for a refund on the shipping charge, which they took care of immediately after confirming the delivery date vs the ship date. I don't believe the late arrival was their fault, and good customer service when requesting a refund was greatly appreciated!

I have been buying clothes and goodies from this brand for few years. Never had a problem, and their customer service is really nice. They care about their community and listen to them.
