Great products, great customer service!

Everything was perfect.

Been eyeing a few shirts on Look Human for years. Finally went for it and they are terrible quality. Color faded and cracked on first wash on a gentle/delicates cycle. So disappointed. Also didn't seem to have the option to review my purchase on their site? So are those fake? So disappointed and will make sure my friends know not to shop there.

Fun products, terrible customer service. I've been waiting on an order for two months. Customer service said they must have lost it and said they would send another and never did.

Second time I’ve ordered from them, and I really love the things I’ve bought. I bought a spongebob hoodie and a cat hoodie and both are great. It was shipped on time, which is nice. The hoodies themselves are pretty good quality, though they aren’t like amazing. I got the hoodies for like $25 each, so for that price it was definitely worth it. My only issue that I had, which was with my past order, was that whatever design you get on your clothing does wear down after a while. It’s pressed on, so it isn’t sewn into the material which makes it prone to being worn down by washing and drying it. Though it took a solid year and a half for my old sweater to start to really wear down, so to me for the price it’s worth it. Their sizing is true to size, as I am normally a XL, and the 3XL I buy are pretty baggy. Overall I really love this website, and so far I haven’t had any negative experiences with them. I read some of the negative reviews, and most are about shipping, which I never have had a problem with. All my orders were delivered within like a week or two of ordering. My only tip is to always order on sale, cuz otherwise they are a little overpriced.

Shipping is slow but worth the wait. Great selection. No custom orders or plus size in women other than 2x. The t-shirt is fading after 3 washes. Still love it though. Good quality sweatshirts. I'd love to see extra long ones for leggings. Please get 4x in men and women! Sizes are fairly accurate.

Ordered almost a month ago, and my order still hasn't arrived. I've talked to their customer service several times, but still no actual movement, and no item. I got a tracking number at one point, but it didn't get any farther than a label being printed (it still reads as carrier waiting to receive shipment), and the CS rep said it must have been "lost in the mail." He promised to re-send, but I'm still waiting, and will likely end up filing a dispute through PayPal to at least get my money back. They don't appear to actually have any intention to ship the item I ordered.
