I ordered two items on Dec 8th. No tracking number, has not shipped, nothing. Pretty upsetting. Guess I should just blame myself for not looking at reviews first. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Ordered Christmas items on 11/29. it’s now 12/19 and still nothing has been delivered and no tracking number updates since 12/11. Customer service is worthless and makes excuses, and clearly has no idea if the products have even been produced/boxed for shipping yet. Don’t order from this company - it’s a complete scam.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order 11/27 and have yet to receive any actual updates to the whereabouts of my order. The shipping partner they use (OSM Worldwide, not DHL like the website states) is incredibly slow with no updates for days on end. It simply states that USPS has been awaiting my order and that it left their shipping partner's facility (no clue where/if it arrived at another facility). After my first two emails with customer service rep, Delphia, they stopped responding. Delphia asked me to wait until a specific date (12/15) for my order to be delivered, and after that date passed with no update on the order, she stopped replying to my inquiries. I'm giving it one more week before I file a complaint with my CC company. I received the smallest item of my order, a mug, about a week ago, and the print on it was faded and grainy. Absolutely not worth the price ~$17. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Still waiting for most of the order to ship after several weeks. The one item I did receive was shipped quickly, and the quality was good.

Best place possible for pride stuff! And even if that's not what you're looking for, they've got so many extra little things that are beyond charming!

This experience ordering gifts from Look Human has been a negative one. Items I’ve ordered are printed offset - I spent money on a cute phone case and the design runs over the right side of the phone case and isn’t even centered. 2 mugs I ordered were shipped together: one was packaged with padding and one wasn’t, so one of them broke (guess which one.) I also ordered a really cute mask which, no surprise, is offset so the type is hidden in the sides of the accordion style mask and the message is unintelligible. This review is accurate as of today, Nov 3, 2020. Sloppy. Disappointing quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid avoid avoid.

I have been ordering from you for the longest time because it is always a wonderful experience. With great customer service, fast shipping, & great quality every time. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!
