The Lookah support team listens to the customer and goes all in to satisfy them with information, answers or product replacement when deemed appropriate. I love my Unicorn Mini and it's nice to know there's a great support team behind it.

I have a large dragon egg and I absolutely love it. It provides a good, clean hit, doesn't spill any water and is super easy to clean. The coils are easy to exchange and overall, I couldn't be happier. I've even talked my older brother into buying one of his own. The staff is also very friendly and helped me with some tips for my coils.
