Dear Customer, We fully understand your frustration and disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please try the following steps: 1. Unscrew (anticlockwise) and take off the cartridge. Use a Q-tip and some alcohol cleaner to clean any dirt or residue on the 510 thread end of the cartridge and the 510 thread hole of the snail. 2. Replace the cartridge by screwing it (clockwise) into the threaded hole. 3. Turn on the device and test if it now works. 4. If the indicator light still flashes yellow, please try another new cartridge to see if it resolves the issue. 5.If none step works, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
