Manager Michelle Smith at Clarksville, Tn pushed me and said “get out, you will not yell at me.” I asked for corporate number. I was explaining to her that I was not making a complaint but requesting a coupon for the missed meal I had. Longhorn was my favorite place. They just kept getting my meal wrong. I said; no problem; I’ll just request a coupon. She argued with me as I requested she calm down; then she pushed my shoulder and said get out. I called 911, a white officer came. I will press charges. Corporate should contact me. I will contact NAACP. Please do the right thing.

We picked up lunch from here (Dayton, OH / MIller Lane) today. The girl who brought our food out was extremely nice, friendly and polite! Everything was really really good. We both said several times how happy we were with todays lunch. The Strawberries and Cream Cake dessert is wonderful too! We said we'd go just for that even. We will definitely order from again!

Me and my husband tried to go out to a date to longhorn and it was just a horrible experience. When we sat down and ordered our drinks. Over 30 mins later my husband got his nasty tea. The tea was over $3 and not worth it. And i was still waiting on my water with lemon. Finally got my water and had no lemon in it after about 40 mins. Which i didn't get until after i got our appetizer and bread. The bread was so hard as a rock u couldn't even cut it. I asked for a different bread. He said all the batches are hard like that! Wow you really sell this! Now 1 hour and 10 mins later we finally got our steaks and they were the outlaw ribeyes. Were just disgusting. It had some buttery sauce all over it. We will never eat here again. Outback it is next time!

This is about the Longhorn at North Rock Shopping Center here in Warrenton. IN A WORD AMAZING ! Wonderful service and fantastic food. Manager even stopped by and checked to make sure everything is good. It wasn't , it was well beyond good. Look forward to next visit.

Friendly, polite staff. Excellent steaks. Definately recommend the location in Cornilia, GA.

I rated Longhorn steakhouse a 2 because of the waitress. She was very nice and extremely patient. To make a long story short I ordered a Porterhouse steak cooked well. When it arrived it was red on the inside so when the waitress came, I explained the situation and she said that they would put it back on the grill. I asked Really, in these times and in the middle of a pandemic?? Her reply was that the meat was expensive and yes they would cook it some more for me. This is the store in Conyers Georgia. This used to be my favorite restaurant. And they are always out of steaksauce.

We ordered food last week. Had one of the worst steaks ever. It was well done and not edible. It's sad to have a restaurant of this quality and have a chef cook a steak so poorly. We plan on never returning. We have always had good food here previously
