You would think that a takeout order would be just as good as what is served in the dining room. Well I got a rare steak, not med rare and mushy broccoli. The bread was smashed in aluminum foil and it got flat. I was so disappointed. The good news is the chicken fingers and fries were good. Had I been in the dining room I certainly would have complained. Next time I guess I will go somewhere else.

The manager is ageist and I could not figure out what pronoun to use,

I came to this location on 11/21/25, on My birthday. I couldn't treat myself because the 2 hosts prioritized their guests and excluded me! I was present before many. I acknowledge customers that pull up and park their cars. While I was sitting and waiting for a table, they allowed many to get in front of me. African Americans only make up 6% of the population in Spring Hill, TN. They made sure they were very explicit! I had no other choice but to leave because of their explicit bias!

I purchased a gift card on Nov. 9th. I was notified that it had shipped on Nov. 11. NO TRACKING NUMBER. NO SHIPPING CO. INFO. IT IS NOW NOV.18th...Longhorn no help....what a fraud.

Darden has been doing a great job in Florida as of recent. the newly opened Longhorn in particular is great in service & haste. i’ve seen countless times where impatient, inordinate guests come into hospitality as soon as they enter. there’s a particular worker by the name of Savanna (no h) who does well in articulating this hospitality, which I’d be glad to point out. though not the only one; one of the greatest. If you’re looking for something more fulfilling for the weekend consider a restaurant led by the most capable crew at Longhorn.

My husband and my mother and I went to Longhorn steakhouse on W. Ridge Rd. in Greece on Friday, and we had an amazing experience. Tishara, our waitress was awesome. She checked on us at least three times to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband said his fillet steak was the best he’s ever had and cooked perfectly. I had a chicken sandwich and brussels sprouts. They were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this restaurant and the waitress we had.

I guess my issue would be with service. Not necessarily the waiter David but the little girl who actually served our steak. She brought it out and set it down as if she was bothered. When I asked where is the potato she said it doesn't come with one. Did you order one? I said no but I have traveled all over the world and I have never been served a piece of meat on a plate like that! She turned around and went to get the waiter. I have worked in service and for the life of me I don't know how anyone would serve apiece of meat on a plate with not even a piece of garnish. I'll eat at Texas Roadhouse! They always give me a potato!
