Horrible service. Third time- never again

Great service and excellent food. I got ribs and a sweet potato, and both were wildly good. The place was clean and comfortable, and we were seated immediately. Plenty of parking. I stayed for dessert and it was huge!

Other than the Lamb Chops too salty and the 2 spinach leaves in the mashed potatoes and spinach side, the calculated tip amounts on the bill were based on what was ordered AND the state tax. This boarders on unethical. Why would I base a tip on something I did not directly receive during the meal? Shame on LS!!!!

First visit to new Sheboygan location. I went early in the evening so there was no wait. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. My server, Becky S., was also very nice and explained the menu and options clearly. She did mention the steak would be spice-forward, which I appreciated. The bread looked fantastic and tasted great. Definitely the highlight of the meal. I ordered the salad with the $1.99 upcharge. The salad itself was pretty basic and not worth the extra charge, but the raspberry vinaigrette was excellent. Unfortunately the main course didn't land as well. The steak came out quickly and smelled great, but the seasoning was extremely heavy-handed. The pepper was overpowering, and the sea salt on the baked potato was also excessive. By the end of the meal my mouth was honestly burning a bit from the pepper and salt. Becky did warn me the steak would be spice-forward, but this crossed the line into over-seasoned. The baked potato was also surprisingly small for a steakhouse. Another downside was the atmosphere around the server station. I was seated right next to it, and an NRO-certified trainer stood there chatting with two staff members for quite a while. If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean. On top of that, someone who sounded like a regional manager was coaching loudly nearby with comments like "all you need to do is throw in five extra potatoes" and "you don't want me standing over you." Not exactly the kind of conversation guests want to overhear during dinner. Overall: great service from Becky and a strong start with the bread and hospitality. But the heavy seasoning and some distracting staff chatter kept the meal from living up to what I expect from a steakhouse. I'd probably give it another try, but next time I'd definitely ask for lighter seasoning.

Our waitress introduced herself, and set the mood telling us she would have been there sooner had she not had a nose bleed and had just returned from the restroom. She delivered our order, and never bothered to ask if it was suitable. Had finished our meal before she returned to offer a drink refill. Her appearance was less desirable as she had a large nose ring and other facial perforations. No manager visit. Food mediocre. Won''t go back to an establishment that once was a favorite.

We went to the Midvale, Utah Longhorn Steakhouse for the first time. The service was slow, the atmosphere was loud and dirty. Unrolling my napkin it was so gross because it was dirty. The food was awful. Our salads had so much salad dressing we couldn’t eat them. My chicken was undercooked and my mashed potatoes was mostly butter. The only good thing was the bread they brought at the beginning. We didn’t even box up what we didn’t eat. We were excited to try this place and had no prior expectations. Will never dine there again.

Longhorns has my favorites a margarita a steak and a good ole salad. Service is always amazing

I went to longhorn and Oak lawn and the service was very good. Our server name was Bella absolutely the best server that I’ve had in my life very attentive very knowledgeable and did amazing job. Kudos to Bella.
